Hi all,

hope you enjoyed your weekends I am doing Phase 3 until Wednesday. I feel good on Phase 3 I will go back to Phase 1 for a week or 2 and then I am phasing off until May. I will gove Phase 1 another shot in May for 4 weeks, and then I am done. My body needs a break.
On another note my son had a really high fever last night. We went to Central Park this weekend and he stayed at my mothers who lives wth my brother and his kids, I bet one of them gave him a virus He was up all night. Poor thing( I worked out Saturday and Sunday morning, it feels great to have the energy to work out.
My bff is in Cosmetology school, and she came by and colored hair Sunday for free, thats aleays great! and she used me as a guinea pig for eyelash extensions, OMG I love them, I hope they last until the wedding. I want to try to figure out an updo for the wedding, id like to have a picture to show the stylist. we shall see.......

My daughters are both in gymnastics so I took them to their classes, I love watching them practice.

Hey everyone!
I have to unfortunately admit that I gave into a craving this weekend! Argh, a stupid peanut butter granola bar... and if I'm being honest, it wasn't just one...
I stepped on the scale the next morning, and no weight gain... then I stepped on the following day, and again, no weight gain, actually a small loss. Same thing again this morning!
I'm trying to convince myself that I shouldn't be happy that I got away with this cheat, cuz if I hadn't cheated I could be down more than just 0.4 lbs from Friday, BUT I can't help but be a little relieved that I was able to maintain even with the cheat. I really think it has something to do with the fact that I did phase 3 for a week, so my body wasn't so shocked from the carbs and sugar as it may have been if I had cheated in the middle of phase 1.
Gives me a bit of comfort to know once I'm finally in maintenance I can eat a granola bar and not wake up 3 lbs heavier the next day!

Morning Ladies!
hey Lexi how phase 3 going?
We are digging out from a major winter snowstorm yesterday!
Looking out my family room windows the ponds were frozen over and with the snow falling it looked like a Currier & Ives picture. ....so beautiful...thank goodess for DH love of using the Snowblower...only thing I did was keep the
Coffee Pot going..... Love the division of labor! And he hand shoveled the patio while I stayed under a blanket watching TV and using the IPad.

Well I need to get dressed and go for a walk ,Burrrr come on Spring!!

Roo,

It went well except that I had finally gotten under 120 and I gained about 2 lbs, but I am back on Phase 1 for 2 weeks until the wedding and then phasing off. I look pretty ok now so all I want to do is get to 115 and phase off and lose the last 10 in May, goal is 105.

Hey! I've been doing well. After the cheat on Saturday I had mad cravings all day Sunday and even a bit during work these last two days. Thankfully the bf is between jobs so he was home all day Sunday and the last two evenings - I find if I'm around other people I have no problem staying OP, it's as soon as I'm alone it's like "well if no one else sees this, it musn't have happened!"
I weigh myself every morning, always have since I started IP. It helps me stay OP during the week if I see the scale slowly dropping. As we all know the scale tends to bounce around but I should be down about a pound by Friday for my WI. Funny how one lousy pound means the world to you when you only have a few more to go.
I am starting P3 on Saturday for a few days before my trip, going grocery shopping tonight! Anyone in here from Canada? When I was on P3 last time I was in San Diego and Ralphs had english muffins with extra fibre, so I was eating those. When I came back to Canada I tried Safeway but couldn't find much of anything. Am thinking I'm going to try Superstore tonight, as they tend to have a few more options. If no luck I'll have to try Walmart, but it's always such a nightmare shopping at the Walmart in my city, waaaay too busy all the time!
Same with greek yogurt, I was eating Fage in the states, but wasn't able to find Fage at Safeway here. I've heard that the Superstore greek yogurt brand is pretty good, so might give that a try.

Great idea Lexi. I did a google and discoved they don't sell Fage in Canada but found other recommendations. I bought Libertie. Ill give it a try on Saturday and let you know how it compares. No luck finding any high fibre English muffins. Found some bread that looks good (cant remember the brand offhand) so will go with that for my week of my phase 3 and see how that goes!
I also just bought frozen berries since I only have about 5 days at home before my trip and figured these would keep better than fresh ones. For those that use frozen berries, do you just take a serving out the night before or do you usually take out and thaw in the morning?
Good luck on p1 Lexi! Hopefully your body responds as well to the shake up with p3 as mine did. You'll be at goal before you know it!

Tried Costco last night and no luck. I bought it there in San Diego but they didn't have it in my hometown unfortunately.
