Thanks for your post and advice. Thats a great idea. You look great in your picture. Did you gain weight because you were off of IP and in maintenance or did you cheat here and there. I have the same idea and plan for after IP, eat 1500 cal a day and workout allot to tone all this nasty flab

Morning everyone!

Day 5 of P3, feeling much better now although I think a "bug" is going around the house. My boy is home sick today

Start my hard exercise this weekend with a good game of raquetball. Once I see how that goes, I'll start introducing other forms. Still searching for a Zumba class! I've only ever done it on xbox

Im glad you are better. We have all been sick the past 2 weeks. My baby has a fever today Hows the weight going, have you gained on P3? Let me know so I know what to expect in a few weeks

Still stuck at 124. Was really hoping the scale would've moved. I have my brothers wedding this Saturday. Sooo I am going to try the cellulite protocol Monday thru Friday. See what happens wish me luck

Ugh. I have totally fallen off the wagon. I have been avoiding coming on here and I have been avoiding the scale. I can tell just by the way my clothes are fitting me that I have probably gained between 5-7 lbs. I know I need to reign it in, but I keep rebelling! Why? Anyone else go through this mind set? I am self sabotaging myself.

Hi, folks...looks like I'm joining the reboot group after a very short time in maintenance. Went on vacation to an all-inclusive and boy did I include it all - right down my big mouth! Now I'm about 1/2 inch bigger in my thigh, so that is 2 - 4 pounds. Better to get it off right away. My birthday is on the 15th so I'm trying to make that a motivator to get back on P1 and give'er! (I've been looking for an opportunity to say that! )

If you don't mind, I'll post here tomorrow how my first day back in P1 went. I'm such a wimp I know I would rather be OP tomorrow than have to face you tomorrow night with a pitiful tale of woe!

It is really hard to be super restrictive to lose 5 pounds. When you need to lose 30 or 50 pounds you see quick losses and changes.
At 5 pounds you probably already look better than most people around you. And so it all somehow seems unfair.

But remember-your goal is for you, no one else. You are doing it for you. And it might be slow, but the weight will eventually come off.
