It isn't restricted, but that just means I can have 4 cups of it (2 cups lunch / 2 cups dinner) . . . I wanted it on top of my 4 cups of veggies a day!

Oh I see now what you mean.

I feel like I have cheated all day but was actually OP. I went to a great dessert bar in town near us. The owner makes everything from scratch. We had coffee and hubby had coffee cake. I had my IP bar and enjoyed it just as much as i would any of the goodie there.
then I came home and had lemon pudding cake for dinner chased by a bowl of kale chips.

My coach told me no egg whites. I am in week one, day 3 to be exact, and I had scrambled egg whites for b-fast.

Millertime - I believe you should just be following the sheet. IP product for breakfast. You can choose the IP omelet but I don't believe they suggest you start supplementing with your own. could you give us the context of what you are eating?

Hello every one, hope every one's weekend is going well OP
I had weigh in #2 on Friday, down another 3lbs. It was a tough week and TOM so I was pretty excited. Guess all the sacrafice of staying away from sweets is working

I guess every coach is different, I am allowed egg whites. i have them now and then. (i.e IP cereal for breakfast with 2 egg whites).

Well hello..

Oh man...ive come down with a cold and the scale says ive gone up 2 pounds..which i dont believe is possible after 1 day... None the less.. i feel horrible and sick...and im too sick to be discouraged about going up 2 pounds in 1 night..

Hello to you all! I'm on day 3 on IP, so officially a newbie. Today after church we went to the mall. I managed to eat nothing while my family ate Sbarro pizza and Dairy Queen blizzards! I was so proud of myself, so I treated myself to a cute top on sale for $15. Great day!

I'm just checking in to say hello. I'm waiting for my pudding cake to finish cooking so I can have lunch. I just finished walking 3.5 miles and I'm hungry! It helps to check in here and read some posts instead of hanging around the kitchen.

Checking in. Survived a weekend away at softball tournament all weekend. School starts with kids tomorrow, I am ready for mass confusion.... Have my lunch planned and in the fridge ready to go.........just had to skim the posts and checkin on everyone. I did text wuv2b over the weekend to keep checked in. ok i totally need more den parents on the weekend..cause i blew it again...argh..why do the weekends have to be so freaking hard..its like i do way better when im at work then when im at home...maybe i should just go live at work!

Port - I blew it too. I tried really hard to keep my blowing it within some lo-carb limits, but I blew it. DH brought home naughty treats, I had some. I also drank (RC 0/0/0 with vodka). I am sure I actually went over my maintenance calorie level so I am going to try to work out today to burn the calories and be back on plan.

So, my husband has lost more weight than I have doing his own reduced carb, healthier eating plan + P90X. I am finding it hard to stay OP (obviously) in light of his progress w/o such restrictions....
