Interesting - I had no idea there was such a link!
I had a loooong day. Very tired. I brought IP stuff with me, but it didn't work out as planned. I did ok until the kids fell asleep so we had no lunch while I drove home. I got feeling so funky/foggy that I grabbed a handful of mini crackers and fruit thingies, which had about 9 carbs wtih some sugars. Obviously this wasn't reallly filling, so I was famished when i walked in the door and had a serving of mixed nuts while I prepped my dinner. Then I ate all my veggies (4 cups) and my IP omelet. Guess it could've been worse, but I really wasn't prepared for the no lunch, eat crap plan!!
Anyway, I came home and found I was still in ketosis. This is one of the first times I have registered and it was after not eating OP. Interesting!
I still feel fatigued and foggy. Not sure if its the diet or just the sheer exhaustion after a long night and day! Planning to sleep early!
