hmmm...i dont bother with the WF at all..waste of money..cant get over all the yucky tastes...that being said.. i make lots of italian sodas using sugar free splenda sweetned syrups..mmmm..chocolate mint ice cream made into a drink using the davinci syrups and club soda!! mmmm...

Ive never found diet soda to personally screw up weight loss for me..if anything..it actually helps me stay more sane..that being said...everyone is different..and on top of it...i find aspartame does leave me craving more..

Yah the hormonal thing could definitely play a big factor in it..Can i just say..i envy you for being able to do cardio.. i finally get my treadmill soon..so i cant wait to start running..but still..not there yet..

Im suffering from the case of the munchies.. i really want to eat right now..but i just downed 16 oz of water with a 23gram protein shake ...so it must be mental?? I cant believe i drank a little over 5 litres of water i was so hungry..

Anywho..hold your head up high!! Keep going..your doing better than me at this point! And well..Wayward is schoolin my a$$ at this point...geeze.. i dont know if i will ever catch up now.

Well, you don't need a treadmill to do cardio. Go for a walk, do a video, set up circuit training in your house. Something is better than nothing!

Eat a lettuce stir fry, lettuce is unlimited. Its crunchy, you can season it. It has fiber / bulk.

Sorry Coliep, I did overlook saying something and I did read the post. I actually mentioned to my wife last night that my constant harping about the bike got you to pull yours out.

You need to build up a tolerance to it, not that I have one yet lol. My tailbone still hurts after I take a couple of days off and then get back on.
The funny thing is when I was young my bike had a fricken hard plastic seat, it was a BMX bike, fancy one, but we all sat on non-padded seats.
Now I have this big padded one, ( I replaced my stock specialized one) and it still hurts my butt.
Man we are getting old.

But good job getting on it, I was kind of hoping you would hate it and then sell me your bike at a huge loss for the wife

Grats Bella, yeah Heather just go walk.
I am taking a night off from biking and going to walk laps with the boys tonight.
We do 16-20 laps at the track and bs etc. while we do it.
Makes for a good time.
I would bike too, but the last time I did that I had the not so swell feeling which kept me off my bike for 2 days lol.

I did get my body glide stick yesterday though, used it last night while riding and will try it out tonight while walking.
Thanks again for the tip

Ha! Unfortunately for your wife, I love it . . . even if I was wobbly and slow! Glad the Body Glide worked! I have a special womens' riding seat but need my padded bike shorts!

My cheats aren't carb heavy, so I don't know if I am out of ketosis. I have had a few slices of pepperoni, some peanut butter, and some nuts within the last few days. I rarely test positive on the ketostix, so I don't have a great way of knowing . . .

Yay -- I like a challenge, helps to keep me focused!

Feeling like a giant tub o' lard today though =( Not sure what shifted, but my pants were tight and I looked pregnant by dinner. Perhaps because I didn't have any exercise. I need to drink tons and tons of water and cross my fingers for an improvement tomorrow!

Awww..sorry to hear that Coliep.. i feel ya.. i drink lots and lots of water and feel like im floating at the end of the day..

Well..day 1 down..and man can i just say.. i needed the salt today.. i suffered bad bad (make me want to puke) withdrawl headaches today..

Im glad to see we are all on the challenge for September! I would like lose 20 but my minimum goal is 13 pounds .. to make my loss an even 30..but i would be nice to get to a 40 pound loss That would be awesome..

Something i noticed...i love eating eggs! i love eating them for my dinner! i have never liked eggs until now for some reason..they are such a simple protein to make for dinner..takes the guess work out of it..

Bad news! I hate my caramal nut bars.i wish i had known that its made with walnuts.. im thinking of tossing them completely..they are so grose! Do any of you find it better to eat the bars that are crispy vs chewy? All the chewy ones come across as chalky like in the mouth... I didnt even notice till i looked that the bar contained 15 grams of carbs!!!!!! and im like holy toledo..i dont want to eat those!! thats way to high for my liking.. So i think i will just toss them..
