Hi everyone. I totally fell off the wagon this past weekend. My husband had his best friend in town and it is so hard not to eat when you are with two skinny guys who dont care. Well, I am back on the wago today. I restarted EFS in Cycle 1, Day 1.
Dangerous Curves- I think we are the only ones doing the Extreme Version, so let's keep each other on track. If you find any delicious ways to eat beans, rice and veggies.. Let me know!!!
Here is to a successful restart!!! I just need to re-program my brain.

Hi Wendy!
I am new to this team and fat smashing, but here is a good recipe I made up today with the help of some other ones I read...hope you like it
1 can organic kidney beans
1 can no salt added stewed tomatoes
1 can organic diced tomatoes
1 cup brown rice (pre cooked)
and if you like 1 boca burger patty
crumble the burger and add the rest of the ingredients in a pot and cook for about an hour on low-medium heat..I did add 1 tsp chili seasoning to it too and it is delicious!!

Okay, Day 2 down, as long as the next two hours go okay! Today was super busy, so it was a lot easier. The lack of caffiene was a lot easier today, but it was still hard. I'm looking forward to it being a little bit easier tomorrow. Hopefully it will be, since I have to get up early to work out with my trainer.
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: vegetarian chili (I made it up on the go, but it turned out yummy!)
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: eggs with salsa and sweet potato fries
glass of milk
Here's to another day!

Hi everyone!1
I desperately need to get back on track! I'm restarting day 1 today but my book is overdue at the library1!! I'm going to try to renew it but ifnot I know you guys will help me!
My plan is to have yogurt for breakfast and then probably sweet potato fries for lunch and we'll see about dinner later.
