I am keeping up with you. L3D5 is where I quit before and I did feel the lightheadedness but I attributed it to trying to keep my head level during the moves. I thought maybe I was craning my neck is a crazy way.
So, after thinking about the lack of pounds lost- which bothers me. I decided to pull up the pictures I took on Feb 7th- 6 days into 30 day shred. And, I took some today and compared. I feel a ton better after seeing this and I just wanted to share. But, there's a ton of cellulite hopefully it looks a little better some day lol. The first pic on the top right is grainy and I think I messed it up a bit lol. It's my first time putting multiple photos in paint so sorry for that lol. The first set did get edited today just to lighten the darker ones. http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/...dfeb212013.jpg and l2d6 done!
I can definitely see a difference. That scale may not be moving but you are making strides nonetheless. Awesome!

Not that I'm glad you felt lightheaded too, but I'm glad it's not just me. It took me a good half hour to fully recover back to normal.
L2D7 done! I've really been focusing on doing all the moves and doing them correctly, it's really killing me. I keep pausing it so I on't miss anything when normally I'd have to sit for a minute. I have severe asthma so I have to watch my breathing. I'm for sure staying on level 2 atleast another 10 days. On level 1 I got to where I hardly sweat and was never sore- I'd like to get close to that on level 2 before moving on. This is majorly kicking my booty!
ImImportant- Yall are stressing me out about level 3- so is it a neck thing or what? I want to know before I get there so maybe I don't have the same problems. On level 2 I already get light headed going from the ground and up so much of the time.
irish51- Thank you! They put things in perspective for me, and that helped. I took measurements a couple months ago when I thought abotu restarting but I've lost them now. Wish I'd kept em!
bunnabear- Thank you too! It made me feel good. Not many people I can share with well that I want to share that with yu know lol.

L1d5 and I notice I can finally walk up the stairs without being winded, yay! I only do modified versions of the pushups. Should I not leave this level until I can do real pushups? 1st circuit is a pain but once she gets into the second I am good to go. I looked back at some posts and I am seeing a lot of neck pain and lightheadedness I am getting worried. Anything I should know?
I bought ripped in 30 days too, woukd it be nuts to do 30ds in the morning and ripped at night. My elliptical is boring me and I am enjoying the video to my surprise so I wanted to do another video in place of it.

I think it's up to you on the pushups but the one lady (Anita I think) continues to demonstrate modifications on the other levels, including the pushups on the knees. As for 30DS in the am and Ripped in the pm, I'm not sure since I haven't done any of the Ripped workouts. If you do, let me know how it goes.
Was nervous I was going to end up on level one for months until I could do the pushups. I think (think being the key word) I will try both videos tomorrow and if it proves to be to challenging I might give it another day cause quiting should not be my first instinct, yeah just reminded myself. So not going to even jinx myself I am just going to do it. Deep breaths.

Just remember to give your muscles some rest. Muscles that don't get rest are more prone to injury so make sure you listen to your body. I've learned that the hard way in the past
Ok, so I've felt awful all last week and consequently haven't done the shred for seven days. Today my appetite is finally back so I guess I better start exercising accordingly! I already had a cheeseburger so really need to work out.
I was just over halfway level 2 when I fell ill. Now I'm really worried I won't be able to keep up at all now that I've been idle for a whole week. I was having enough trouble when I was doing it every day, but the truth is I really don't want to start over from day 1! Let's see how it goes.
runthecontinent- sorry you've been feeling so sick. I know you can get back on the horse but you'll probably feel tired just from being sick and not eating a lot so I'd say take it slow and listen to your body until you build back up. Better to take it slow than to get injured and spend more time off.
