I wore a pair of jeans today that I haven't been able to get into in about 3 years. Yes, I kept them just to be masochistic and torture myself for years. But...now they fit!!!!!! Thanks Jillian, I'm sorry I cursed you and wished bad things on you

Good luck on your 30DS challenge! I am still working on it though I am in Level 3.
I'm sure it will work wonders for you too!

Oh, and I had a bit of an NSV today.. I was getting dressed this morning and my boyfriend rubbed my back and said I looked thinner and more toned! Now I know I haven't been losing (much) weight but I guess my body is getting firmer. :-)
My hubby said the same thing about a month ago, he thought I felt kinda wired now like he was rubbing a different girls back. Lol. Great nsv.

Ok anyone on level two have upper back and shoulder pain/ neck pain. After day 2 it started and the hubby rubbed my back, I even made him roll it with the rolling pin. Lol roiling pins are not just for baking. Today my son woke me up early and my body feels tired and ache. I am trying to go 5 days then a break.

thanks! I just finished L1D2! it seems harder than yesterday? lol I woke up really sore so i found a quick yoga routine on youtube and used that as part of my warm up bc I didn't feel stretched enough. are you doing any thing to go along with the 30DS? (other types of exercise, different diet, etc...?)

There's supposed to be a diet plan to go with the 30DS but I haven't found it.. or looked for it actually. My diet isn't all it should be, I'm planning to eat better.. starting tomorrow.

I'm not doing much aside from 30DS, apart from running no more than 2 - 3 times a week, sometimes only once. I find that exercising takes up so much time.. Especially because I always have to take a shower afterwards - I normally only shower once every two or three days.

I want in on this as soon as the Amazon box arrives! My weight isn't changing but due to a bit of strength training last month I can now get my arms into clothes I couldn't get them into before, which is motivation enough for me!! I was getting bored with just walking, I have the eating part DOWN after months of practice, and I started strength training with dumbells but I have no structure to my training and kind of just fell off it. I want to work up to Insanity/P90X along with speed skating, swimming, hiking a bit and using a climbing wall, so I gotta start somewhere!!

Can't wait to join you lot in this world of PAIN, lol

Holy cow, level 3 is hard! I can't even attempt jump lunges. The rockstar jumps are a no go due to my ankle I sprained a few months back so I just do other stuff. It was more fun than the other levels but I also paused it 3 times and had to sit down. I know it will get better. Looking forward to makign it through the whole video without stopping and doing the lunges. I enjoy the travelling push ups. And man, last time I tried to do a sit up it was a joke. I couldn't do it at all. And today sit ups were in it and I was thinking oh dang what do I do instead, but I gave it a try and I did them all! Before this sit ups were never a thought in my head or my body haha.

L3D1 complete! Let's hope I aint too sore. Cause I already feel it in the arms after all the lifting. OH! And jumping jacks with dumb bells, I use 5 pound ones maybe that's it but my arms just give out like they flat refuse. Looking forward to see how I can improve on that!

Ok, problem with my amazon order... I had to cancel it

And ordered the box set instead! 30DS, 6W6P, Burn Fat Boost Metabolism & No More Trouble Zones, all for £22

That should keep me busy for a while! I'm working over the wknd so hopefully I can get right into the Shred come the start of next week. Hoping to break my 196 plateau by then too

New beginnings!
