Hi, can I join you? I've been doing 30DS for 4 days now! I've been reading your posts and encouraged by your reactions to the shred. I knew to expect D3 to be horrible (and it was) so I used a little lighter weights that day, thank you for warning me! And as you wrote, today was a lot better.
I want to keep doing L1 until it's --maybe not easy--but not hard. I hope it'll be around the 10 day mark, but maybe it'll be after. L2 sounds really scary! But I was excited today that could actually do the ab exercise where you lift your bottom off the ground!
