out from under and bunnabear - I'm sorry but I'm kind of relieved you also find it hard. L2 is quite a big leap from L1 if you ask me!

So I said I was going to the gym. I was still wearing my workout clothes from doing the 30DS when I drove up there (thankfully). My gym is by the railway station, and I usually park on the station's parking lot (it's the only one around and it's right in front of the gym). This time, I was parked and ready to go when I realised I had forgotten my purse and didn't have my gym membership card or, worse, any ID, money or credit card! Which also meant that I couldn't pay for the parking and therefore couldn't get out of the parking lot. Great.

So I ended up not going to the gym, instead running to my mothers house (about 2 miles away) and back to borrow money from her to get my car back. I am the most ridiculous person alive.

Well at least I got a good run and thankfully it was sunny!

Run the continent...At least you got your exercise running to your moms!

I am hoping to finish L1D10 today, but I have my grandkids. Not sure if I will have any energy left by the time they are picked up.

After reading all the comments I don't think I am looking forward to moving to Level 2 .

I just finished L1D1 a bit earlier and while I didn't sail through, it was definitely fun. It felt like a great workout for me even though I didn't use weights just yet. I did feel like I needed to skip the push-ups though as i'm currently having some issues with my wrist :/

L2D4 complete!!! Right when Jillian said "I want you to feel like you're about to die" I realized that I was totally compliant and felt like I was going to die. I went all out with everything today and boy was it exhausting!

Did day 7 level 2 again, think ill do level 1 the next three to finish that round and do 2 when I'm actually supposed to be there. It just gets repetitive. But level 2 makes me so angry all I think about and do us cuss Jillian so it seems new each time lol.

Just did L2D2 today. For the first time since starting the 30DS, my muscles are sore (but not to the point where I can't move). I felt like it went a tiny bit better than yesterday. At least now I did all of the moves more than once, haha. The pendulum lunges went ok; I am fit enough to do those but yesterday I lacked the coordination and balance! However now I've figured it out.

I still find it very hard, but whatever! At least I'm trying, and I'm giving myself a good laugh in the process! Went to the actual gym today to add cardio as I didn't manage to complete all of the sets in the 30DS. Looking forward to tomorrow's session (NOT).

I completed L2D5 yesterday so today is my planned rest day. I'm taking a rest day after every 5 days of 30DS. My abs are sore from holding all of those plank positions in level 2. I especially notice how engaged my abs are during the plank jacks.

Irish51 - That first day of level 2 made me feel uncoordinated and exhausted but it has gotten better each day and now I've decided I like level 2 better than 1. Just hang in there, you got this.

L2D4 complete. I am feeling my abs indeed! It is going a little bit better now. I still can't complete most of the sets but am definitely doing better dan on day 1 of level 2. So my hopes are high!

I will do day 15 tomorrow (halfway the 30DS!), and then take 3 days off because I'm going on a trip.. Hopefully won't be back where I started after I come back!

bunnabear - are you doing real plank jacks or the modified ones? I honestly don't think I am ever going to be able to do the advanced moves in L2. I am doing Nathalie's version of walking pushups, except I'm not going down very deep. So hard!

I've not started back up again, but wanted to share what my primary care doctor told me today: no jumping jacks--they're too hard on the knees, hips, and ankles. He told me people have known that for 15 years.

I seem to have damaged/torn both inner meniscus(es), with the right one being worse than the left one. I've had problems with them before, but they haven't been this bad in over 10 years.

So, I'm resting my knees (walking is okay so I'm doing that). If I go back to the 30DS (which I might for strength and abs), I will do non-jumping cardio.

Hope noone else has this issue!

oh bethFromDayton, that's afwul. Good that you went to see your doctor!

I can totally imagine how jumping jacks are bad for you, with the way you land on your feet it does put a lot of stress on those joints. I'm sticking with it but will be extra careful after reading your post!
