Hey 17 minutes is better than 0 minutes! The great thing about this dvd is that you can really see your improvement. Soon you'll be doing the full 24 minutes (or whatever) and then you'll be doing it better, then you'll increase your weights, then you'll be doing it faster than the girls and have to keep slowing down!
I took 2 days off and it REALLY helped. I was able to do it better and even increased my weights. squats/shoulder presses were killer, but I DID THEM! woohoo!

So I'm back on board. I'm still on L1, and today was D9, but I want to do it a while longer to better prepare for L2. Or should I just push on? Maybe I'll do two more days on L1.
gwennaa, good for you that you're on L2! Are your wrists any better?
