Hey Savemykissesx, I feel your pain! My quads are the most sensitive part of my body. I can do a million crunches and have normal pain, and do 10 lunges and be limping for days! Now that I know this, I tone down how many I do- it's not worth it!
and the shiv, howdja make out today? I'd say I didnt half *** it...maybe 3/4 assed it?? I had a rough day at work and it was a tough mental battle. lol i had sugar cereal for dinner since I brought back a discontinued cereal from the states recently. There's fruit in Trix, right? :P lol still stayed within my calories though!



so that would make today L1D9 for me! glad everyone else is staying on track better than me haha
