  • Hey Savemykissesx, I feel your pain! My quads are the most sensitive part of my body. I can do a million crunches and have normal pain, and do 10 lunges and be limping for days! Now that I know this, I tone down how many I do- it's not worth it!

    and the shiv, howdja make out today? I'd say I didnt half *** it...maybe 3/4 assed it?? I had a rough day at work and it was a tough mental battle. lol i had sugar cereal for dinner since I brought back a discontinued cereal from the states recently. There's fruit in Trix, right? :P lol still stayed within my calories though!
  • I am about to do L1D3 now, I missed it yesterday. Damn you, depression, and the horse you rode in on! Couldn't help working out later when it passed (did I actually say that???) so did 20 mins of squats, six real pushups and pulled an arm muscle. What is wrong with me?? I was so frustrated with myself I didn't think to warm up properly. At least I didn't pull any big standing up muscles. The rest of me can still work out today, but my left arm has a sick note and will be back shortly. Shame, I was enjoying getting that "ripped" dent in my upper arms! Well, temporary setback

    NorthernChick, I wouldn't worry about the cereal You do what you can with what you have, and your body is no doubt going to process sugar better now you're working out, because it has somewhere to go! Eating healthy is great most of the time But to try to do it all the time is totally unrealistic You got this thing!
  • does sex count as working out? lol so i was going to work out yesterday but my husband seduced me into seducing him so that would make today L1D9 for me! glad everyone else is staying on track better than me haha
  • I'm jealous My doc won't give me the pill until I'm around 175! But no, sex is extra :P (usually)

  • haha i let it count just bc it was a lot more than we usually do (always good to spice it up!) but today i just let it be my warm up. i told my husband we can't have another kid until i reach my goal weight and stay there for a while, i'm really afraid of gaining too much and it being even harder to lose.

    I took today off...I got a second degree burn yesterday on my arm and it hurts when it jiggles! I'm okay- it actually happened during yesterday's workout! I workout in my kitchen because I live in a tiny trailer and I touched the bread pan by mistake. Talk about FEELING THE BURN! ahahaah sorry- had to!
  • I will join you!!! Startind the 30ds this friday. I actually wanted to start last week but i had a cold and wanted to get better first.

    Do u do it according to the plan or do you switch between levels?
  • L1D10 done! i know i was a lazy *** the past two days, but not going to happen the rest of this week!! starting L2 tomorrow! (weigh in day is always a great reminder/ motivator bc i want to see CHANGE!!) hope every one is stickin to it!

    I must confess something ladies, I gave in last night and had 4 oreos >
    I craved them so much! My husband said as long as I keep working out it should be fine. It's when you eat and you do nothing about it.

    In a few hours I'm going to do my Zumba and then my resistant bands.
  • I'm thinking about taking the plunge. Does everyone own these DVDs or has anyone streamed off YouTube? I also saw that I can buy it on iTunes. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.
  • i just finished level 1 and this is day 1 for me....OMG she kicked my *** lol. i finished the level then went downstairs to do laundry and my legs felt like rubber. My plan is to come here everyday for some motivation so i keep doing it. Good luck everyone.
  • I went for it. I just completed L1D1, and it was tough! I work out just about 5 days a week and I never sweat this much. I clearly don't push myself hard enough.

    Just curious, how are y'all entering this into MFP. I entered it as general circuit training but that's a lot of calories burned, do you think it's fairly accurate?
  • are you guys doing this everyday or every other day? i am planning to do this mon-fri and take sat and sun as a break because of my schedule thats only the days i can do it or take a rest.
