Daimere - I think it's good to listen to your body so I personally don't think you are doing it wrong. I also jog in place with high intensity (pumping arms, raising my legs) instead of doing jumping jacks.

L1 D1 completed. I will be honest, I was sweating and my arms felt like they would fall off however, my abs are not sore and I think it is because I still cannot figure out how to do a crunch without straining my neck. I try performing the crunch and I can only move my shoulders slightly off the ground, which is barely working my abs. Minus the straining of the neck, is this how you perform a crunch, thumbs behind the ears and engaging the core with your chin off your chest? I do not feel like I am doing it properly because I barely move when I am performing them, my upper body strength is terrible.

Ha. I didn't eat before my last day on shred and i could feel it. Those other days of not pushing myself was nothing compared to yesterday. Lazy day! I definitely cannot do this workout hungry. I think the morning i will have to take a rest day to recover plus i didn't sleep much today. I just am really hoping that 30ds will help me lose inches. My inches lost has been so slow

L2D3 done! I really don't like those walking push-ups. I guess it's just that a new level is so much harder than the older one, or I just got used to the old moves. Anyway, I can't wait til this is easier.

Day 5 of L2 completed! I had a really good workout this morning. I started off doing 20 squats with 12 lb weights (squat challenge), the I did a 2 mile Walk Away The Pounds dvd and then on to 30 DS. I literally had sweat dripping off my body onto the floor. So glad I decided to add this dvd to my current workout schedule. I'm loving how tight my core/obliques and arms are feeling!!

I think I'm going to do every other day of L2 and L3. For example Tuesday - L2, Thursday L3, Saturday L2. Good job with moving on to L3!

Just Dance Girl - Hopefully those walking push ups will get better each time you do them.

Oh man, on L3D4! L3 is definitely doable, but very mental! A for my next steps, I'm going to do Jillian's no more trouble zones! They say it takes 21 days to make a habit, and I feel amazing that I have worked out break-free since starting! I'm going to do No More Trouble Zones maybe 6 days a week for the month of May, and then likely Ripped in 30 for the month of June! I find I work well with month-long increments!
