L1d9 done. It's been really good doing every other day, I feel like I have the strength to push hard.

I'm starting boy push-ups, too! I can do 4 but not really well, but at least I can do them!

Woohoo! I just did L2D1! It was hard! I stopped a lot!

I'm just wondering: Are you guys staying with the same weights or increasing your weights? Are you doing any other exercise with this, e.g. Walking, swimming? Are you losing weight or inches, or both? So far I'm just losing inches.

Hi everyone!

I started 30 Day Shred today so I thought I'd join. I'm in really good physical shape and workout practically everyday, but I need to add in something more challenging. I'm taking a weight-training class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I'm going to attempt to do L1 on Mon/Wed and L2 on the other days with 1 day off. I'm not sure if doing the dvd in the morning and class at night is going to be too much or not.

The first day of L2 went well. I'm still sore a little from Wednesday's class so I alternated between 3 and 5 lb weights. There were a lot of moves I really liked such as the military press with leg extensions and the situp where you extended one leg, lift and crunch - great for the lower abs!

When I bought this DVD 4 years ago I could barely get through L1 and I never got past completing more than 1 continuous week. I'm proud of myself to be able to start off with L2 and complete all of the moves. I don't want to get too muscular though so I'm going to have to see where this take me, but I'm definitely going to give it my all!

Best of luck everyone!

Am I doing the 30 day shred wrong if I'm phoning it in or not trying to kill myself by going as hard as I can? I'm still sore as heck! Also I'm switching some of the moves to moves I prefer (no no on jumping jacks. So I run in place). I do more like slower kick backs.
