Morning, im sippin on my coffee, its so good this morning.
So i caved and stepped on the scale today..i know, I'm so bad

and i wasn't surprise to see the # on there. Two days of eating on plan and im down some...so im going in the right direction. I'm telling DH to hide it until Sunday morning

I would rather see a drastic change than a little one,lol
Yesterday I did a run interval on the treadmill + yoga afterwords.
Today will be a full body weight lifting workout. DH has mentioned going hiking this afternoon so will see.

A*W*E*S*O*M*E job on reaching the 140's. Reach for those starts girl!!! Oh, and i went down to target yesterday to get a microphone for my PC, now i can sing on myspace,LOL. I will post on facebook soon, so far i haven't found any recordings that im willing to share...LOL (yikes)
Shylah-9lb gain does seem a little strange, you think the beers caused it? But surely the water weight wouldn't still be up so high with today being Wednesday. Please don't freak out...how does your clothes fit? Maybe you have gained muscle along with water weight? ....
