this chart would be of any help to you. It lists the foods the cravings are for and what the body really needs. You have the right to live in peace, free of the over-indulging/pressure-to-diet dynamic.

Miss Priss, will you have a sip of that coffee for me? I might drink some decaf with cream in it this week-end and have a short, coffee vacation. I'm not a coffee drinker, but it's nice to have a little splurge and pretend I'm on a holiday.

I'm keeping my plan well. I'm delighted with my new food plan, and it's such a relief to know that I do exercise everyday and give myself short movement refreshments more often, without putting so much pressure on myself to be more athletic than I am actually comfortable with.
Am hoping for a good number on the scale tomorrow.
