Love2B: You and I are very close in both age (I'll be 43 one month from today) and weight and height! You, thankfully, didn't let yourself get as far "gone" as I had! Those min-plateaus are boogers - I hope I just keep moving now!

Jiggle: Is your b-day August 6? Mine is August 15! We have sooo much in common! When do you leave for NOLA? Tomorrow? I found out they've removed ALL the calories from beignets now! I ate 1 & 1/2 while I was there.

Sonic diet raspberry limeade is the BEST when it's 110 degrees outside.

I'm freaking out a little - tonight I have a client dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse. It's traditional churrascaria, where they serve you endless meat off massive skewers and a never ending salad buffet. I know I won't eat a ton but when it's a fixed price and all you can eat, and I LOVE this stuff and I almost never go because it's not cheap... I will likely overindulge somewhat. So I'm going very light for lunch and hoping I can hold out til 6:30 for dinner!

QUESTION to everyone! I have an appointment with a nutritionist in two weeks and she requires a 3-5 day food log for review. Now - I get that I have to be honest, otherwise why bother? But how many of you think that in this situation, you're less likely to eat off plan because you know someone will be scrutinizing it? I want to eat normally - which on weekends usually includes a small bag of chips and maybe some ice cream or candy - because I want her to see how I eat. But part of me wants to be perfectly on plan because I don't want to be chastised for eating crap!

I know the best answer - eat normally and write it down - but am I the only one having these weirdy thoughts?

HELLO STRANGERS!! LoL I've been MIA for about a week now...we went home to WV and also a DMB concert in Pittsburgh ...so of course, I had ALOT of alcohol! LoL Sooo, after my 2 wks of hard work attempting to get back down to 169 after my beach vaca, I was back up to 178 on Tuesday..but today I'm at 175.2...I've been OP calorie wise since Tuesday, but I've been SOOOO LAZY! I can't seem to get my mind in the right place to WO!! In the car on the way back to TN, I thought alot about what I needed to do to get back OP because my 10yr HS reunion is in 4wks, and I had this great plan to WO every day, 30DS in the morning & TM at night...BUT I'VE DONE NOTHING!!! I've been catching up w/all the threads since I"ve been back, but feeling kinda down (and have been really busy at work) so I haven't been posting...but I'm back now! I guess I should look on the positive side...I'm OP on one side - CALORIES...just need to pick up the other side and start to WO again!!!

Lori--sorry to hear about your uterus dropping...I agree with what others have said, get a 2nd opinion by a MD if you're doubting your current Dr....my mom was 47 and was having fibroids so they wanted to take hers out, but she went ahead and had a full hysterectomy..I'm not really sure her reasoning, but I think it had somethin to do with the thought "Well, they're in there taking one thing out, might as well take it all" kinda as Cancer prevention...Good Luck figuring things out

Fruit--regarding your period...again, i'm not sure your age, but could you be going into Menopause?? j/w

Jiggles---LOVE the braids!! I'm sure its much easier to care for!!!

Ashley--GREAT PROFILE PIC!! You're so pretty!!!

Susie--CONGRATS on 182!! less than 10lbs to go...how exciting!!! Keep up the good work!!

EVERYONE ELSE...sorry I missed ya...HOPE YOU'RE ALL DOIN GREAT!!! Looks like most of you are doing great with this challenge (unlike myself) so KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! It's now time to get my butt into gear!!!

Well it has been a WONDERFUL day so far (Plan Wise). I decided to make my calories fruit and protein for the most part. I haven't been hungry and I LOVE that. I'm will end the day at about 1450 calories. I won't be making it a practice because I need some carbs. I didn't go to the gym because I had to walk the campus with some vendors preparing for an installation of televisions in about 10 of the dorms. It's hot out and some of the dorms don't have air. So I got a good workout...sweat and all.
Susie - August 6th is MY "National Holiday" (bday). I don't work on that day as if it were labor day !! We do have a lot in common. We should do a book...40, FIT with Toddlers in Tow!!
Audrina - Happy Dance Time!!!! Congratulations on making it to ONEderland. I'm on my way.
Western - May the scale be your friend tomorrow!!!
Love2b150 - You had a plateau breakthrough!!!
Shylah - Just pace yourself. When you see them fitting you are going to LOVE those pants. They are going to be hard to part with.
Corinne - I'm planning on trying to get some rest this evening. But right now I'm pretty hyped. Congrats on breaking your plateau as well. This must be plateau breaking day.
KDM - I was wondering when you were coming back. Look at the other bright side, you had lost a lot before you went and you have a plan to get where you wanna be. On the workout side...just put 30DS in on level3 don't get ready to workout just put it in and watch it...I bet you get and do it...you won't be able to help it...that's what happened to me.

I feel like dancing. I'm sure by the time I get off work and run all my many before you leave the city for vacation, errands, I will be exhausted. We are planning to leave at 2am but that is if all goes according to "PLAN"!!! I'm ready and excited about seeing my family. I will be checking in. My nephew that I'll be staying with is a fitness junkie and told me I could go to the gym with him while I'm there. SO HOPEFULLY, I won't be too tired from all the reunion activities.

KDM- i'm jealous! I wanted to see Dave so bad when they came through here.

Jiggle - have a ton of fun on your vaca! I really, really look forward to when the TSP's fit. I feel like I've let them down last week But I'm redeeming this week! I'm even bringing 30DS with me to Chicago.

Susie, yes they are boogers. I am going to Outback with a friend for dinner and I will definitely ask for a take out container when I get there. My kids will enjoy the left overs so I don't have to look at them or smell them. I have not been too off plan yet, just maybe over did it on my tasty snacks so I am not about to mess up now. We can keep each other accountable

Jiggle Yes Yes Yes ... from you and everybody. I am so happy to finally see another number. Let's see what tomorrow holds ... I would so love to see 180, I jammed my toe last night so I don't know about putting on sneakers. But I did do wii fit and DDR today. I'm starting to like it, even though I'm not as good as my children YET I am sure walking in the heat was enough exercise ... something about walking in excessive heat or cold will sure put a pep in my step Enjoy your vacation, don't work out too hard with your nephew.

susie- Your birthday is in August too, mine is the 28th, I'll be 43 also! I don't know if I'm looking forward to it or not. lol

I was a little high on calories today, 1495. I ate alot of fruit for lunch, I was craving it. I skipped my yogurt cause I had an 1100 cal breakfast, that's crazy. At least it was all good whole foods. The water weight does not want to budge( lost 2oz.), I think my calories are too high to be in losing weight mode. I keep saying I'm gonna lower them and I don't, I'm just really hungry lately, what's up with that? Good luck to all!

WOW, ive missed a lot since my last post! I've got to get something to eat so this will be short.

Congrats to EVERYONE on there progress so far!
Congrats on plateau's broken
sending out healing vibes to those with injuries

Lori-If it was me, and i was having pain during periods and so forth. And the pain was enough to get the surgery done then i would definitely do it. I had my gall bladder taken out in 04' because of pain.....i say go for it.

Jules-I would be thinking the same thing about the food logging. Just be honest (like you said)

Ive got some good news. I measured today and I've lost about 3inches total the scale is still hovering but the tape measure is ROCKING I just knew i was shrinking a little bit,LOL, my jeans were getting loose

I got in an AWESOME workout today. Did some run intervals on the treadmill with upper body weights in between, Burned 501 calories( according to my heart rate monitor) in 68 minutes.

ok...time for something to eat. Have a great night everyone

LOL) My daughter takes after me she is like 5'2" or 3" Or so & 17 ~But she is so darn cute right now! She weighs in at around 138 to 140 dressed anytime of the day.(I weigh naked every morning after I pee~LOL) ANYWAYS~Off to facebook then maybe a nap or early to bed~Its A heat alert/smog all that good stuff today & the heat is bothering me outdoors So I am in the A/C ~Was out til it got to much to take then came into the a/c

No weigh in today but I had another great week with food. I wrote down and calculated everything. I had to cut back on exercise this week due to work commitments but I'll get back in the swing next week. Congrats to everyone that lost!
