Well, it's taken some time...but I FINALLY exercised today!! LoL I did L1 of 30DS and plan to do atleast 45 min on the TM tonight before I leave work...I just had to make myself WO today...I had been lazy way too long!! As soon as I got up, I put on my WO clothes right away! LOL then I couldn't talk myself out of it! Tomorrow, I think I'll do Turbo Jam...maybe try alternating 30DS with TJ every other day...and do the TM as often as I can (atleast 3x/week)...
I really wanna get back to the 160s...I was only there for a short time and wasn't very low (169.2 I think was my lowest), but it's still a new decade! LoL AND I WANT IT BACK!!! So, I'm determined to get there by Aug. 13 (My HS 10 yr reunion)! I've also decided to start weighing ONCE A WEEK! Dont know how long this will last, but I'm gonna try it out again...when I did it a few months back, it was very rewarding to see the scale ONLY move down and not see the day-to-day fluctuation of up & down!!! Maybe it'll help motivate me a little more also...soo, i'm not gonna weigh again until Friday...my WI yesterday was 175.8, so hopefully some of this water weight/TOM bloat will go away and I'll be closer to 170 come Friday!!!
Susie--YAY FOR 60LBS!!! I was really proud of myself for reaching it, so I know how you feel!! Just don't screw it up like I have and start being a bad girl! haha STAY ON TRACK!! YOU CAN DO IT!!
