  • Well I hopped the bus yesterday at home in Maine and came down to New Jersey to spend some time with my shmoopie

    Scale is really, really, REALLY bad.... Don't think I will make my onederland goal by Labor Day.

    But at least I'm here with Lenny for a while so that makes me happy and way less likely to binge, so hopefully I can get back on track now for real.
  • Susie - congrats on the 60lbs loss. That's inspiring!

    I made it through dinner last night without significant damage - I definitely ate just a bit too much, but I was only slightly beyond full, not stuffed to bursting or in pain. It was SO good, I really enjoyed it, but I won't be going there again any time soon - too expensive when I have to pay for myself!

    Today I'm sucking down the water - it's due to hit 115 this weekend so I need to really hydrate and stay hydrated all weekend so I don't end up with a headache.

  • Hi all! I'm finally losing some water, 2lbs of it yesterday. Had 1450cal today cause I'm trying to eat all my fruit up so it doesn't go bad. Tomorrow is my fruit buying day at the fruit stand, they are only open on weekends, a large tray of any fruit or veggie for a dollar! I get everything I need for the week for $8.00. I made a chocolate birthday cake( healthy recipe) for my mom's 88th b-day. I made my own peanut butter w/ dry roasted peanuts for the icing. I'm waiting for the cake to cool, I don't want to eat any tonight cause my calories are too high already, but it will be very hard not to.

    I am tempted to eat some and Aint even near it! sounds Delicious!(peanuuuuttt Buttttttter & peanuts for topping~OMG!~YUM YUM & MORE YUM~)

  • Fruitlady grapes here are $2.59 a pound and cantaloupe is $2.99 so 8.00 is a steal.

    Well my weigh in was a very good one and a whole hour earlier than I had been weighing all week ... 179.6. I am very happy, now to just stay on point and get my exercise done in this heat. Have a great day
  • Fruitlady~Well I passed up the peanut butter~STILL OP~& Wanted to say That is an awesome deal on the fruits too~I was so into the peanut butter part I forgot to comment on the fruits deal~LOL
    ~Half way done with my calories & exercises today~Off to finish the exercises and most of the calories~Gotta cook!! TTYL~Hope everyone is having a SUPER SATURDAY!
  • Well, it's taken some time...but I FINALLY exercised today!! LoL I did L1 of 30DS and plan to do atleast 45 min on the TM tonight before I leave work...I just had to make myself WO today...I had been lazy way too long!! As soon as I got up, I put on my WO clothes right away! LOL then I couldn't talk myself out of it! Tomorrow, I think I'll do Turbo Jam...maybe try alternating 30DS with TJ every other day...and do the TM as often as I can (atleast 3x/week)...

    I really wanna get back to the 160s...I was only there for a short time and wasn't very low (169.2 I think was my lowest), but it's still a new decade! LoL AND I WANT IT BACK!!! So, I'm determined to get there by Aug. 13 (My HS 10 yr reunion)! I've also decided to start weighing ONCE A WEEK! Dont know how long this will last, but I'm gonna try it out again...when I did it a few months back, it was very rewarding to see the scale ONLY move down and not see the day-to-day fluctuation of up & down!!! Maybe it'll help motivate me a little more also...soo, i'm not gonna weigh again until Friday...my WI yesterday was 175.8, so hopefully some of this water weight/TOM bloat will go away and I'll be closer to 170 come Friday!!!

    Susie--YAY FOR 60LBS!!! I was really proud of myself for reaching it, so I know how you feel!! Just don't screw it up like I have and start being a bad girl! haha STAY ON TRACK!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

    Fruit---thats an awesome deal...wish I had some place like that round here!! I LOVE FRUIT ALSO!!!

  • Well woke up with an awful headache today! Something I am prone to so may be TOM related (sorry David) but otherwise a good day! OP; didn't get on the scale, didn't exercise per se but did lots of fun horse stuff which feeds my soul!
