Well, I was 107.3 yesterday and this morning I was 106.0 Great news, but I just keep going up and down by 1 or more pounds everyday, don't get it. Today I had 1360 cal , higher than previous days cause this was my fruit buying day. I just have to have some of everything, but today I had 7 peaches throughout the day! A little funny in my stomach now, so I don't think I'll be eating dinner. I predict that I will be up a pound tomorrow.

fruitlady...mind if I ask a ?....how did you come up with 105 as you goal weight...I see you are one inch taller than me but I think my goal weight is 130....I was skinny in high school at 120 so I was wondering if you know something I should know... btw...all that fruit sounds FANTASTIC

Hey there, just checking in for a quick bit...still on plan, got in a 35min dog walk. Wanted to do something more intense but my left hamstring is hurting like heck so i need to take it easy. I don't think i stretched it enough yesterday after my weight lifting. ARG

Glad to see Thunda back and congrats on almost reaching your goal...you go girl!

Hey everyone.
Quick check in and I've had an almost on plan day. I went over with my glass of wine but we were celebrating my niece's 21st bday and had to have one drink with her. Today was a rest day but I will be hitting it hard tomorrow. Gotta go get ready fro my LONG day and hopefully I can get my 1 mile run in before the day is over...if not I will be shredding!!!

I joined an LA Fitness today. I will only be able to use it all this week, and then sporadically on the weekends, and then for two weeks in August because I will be traveling the rest of the summer to different states. Anyways, I like the gym and the people there were very comforting and reassuring and answered all my questions. I'm going to hit the gym hard-core like Biggest Loser style this whole week and see how I do. Plus this coming weekend is my birthday and I would just love to be in the 260s for my 26th birthday. So bring on the sweat and tears....I'm ready for it!!

So I stayed on plan yesterday and walked not once but twice! For 35 minutes in the AM and then for 1+ hours in the evening with my walking buddy! Couldn't find my pedometer but felt like a good accomplishment in terms of time and distance!
Off to walk this morning!
Wonder if that scale will come today?
In the irony department my son (15 y/o and 6'4") recently went through a stint in summer basketball where he played 32 basketball games in 7 days and lost 15 to 18 pounds! So now he is working to put that weight back on for football! Oh to be young again!!

WesternSouthern: Good job on all that walking! I hope you get your scale today and in the morning you can weigh and see some awesome results!

I am going to try and weigh only twice this week on Weds and Sun. I think weighing daily is too much for me. My psyche can't take it.

Oh my yesterday I ate toooo many grape tomatoes. Our friends grew them and I love them, but I ate about 8 or 10 of them and oh did my tummy hurt when I went to bed.

So anyhow, I didn't weigh this morning for the first time in July.

I'm planning to be totally OP today. i got two new DVD's this weekend; a new Walk Away the Pounds with jogging bursts and a Firm Pilates Bands. I got them at TJ Maxx for $2.99 each! i'll probably do one of those today.

Jiggle: We need to see your new hairdo and your new dress! I'll try to take a pic in my new jeans!

Ok, off to put the baby down for his nap and then I'll exercise. Chugging down the water today!

hello everyone!!! how is everybody doing? Looks like everyone is doing well!

whooo...gone for a few days and I'm already really behind!! I had a pretty good weekend, haven't seen any weightloss so far, but hopefully there will be a whoosh soon. I have been staying pretty much OP, which makes me really happy! I need to step up a little more on the exercising part. I thankfully haven't been working as much as I was last month so I feel like I can get my personal life in order again...

It's my birthday this saturday, i'm turning 24, so I might slide a little on that day, but I want to kick butt the rest of the week to make up for it!

jiggle: let's see the new 'do!!! I'm sure it looks great!!

susie: i agree on the weighing daily thing, it helps sometimes, but other times when i don't see the results, it just drives me nuts!!!

I'm feeling like a kid eating cupcakes with lots of icing, really excited and very hyper. I just got back from the gym running my mile. My supervisor, in his kindness gave me a few extra minutes to workout during lunch!!!
Susie - Yes Ma'am...I will post pics of the hair. It's in braids and in a ponytail. It makes it easy to get to work on time and workout. But I will let you see them.
FAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNN - I'm so glad you're back. I missed you!! WOOT WOOT!!
Western - Good workouts!! It seems easy to walk longer when you're walking with a buddy.

Hello Everybody, Happy Monday to you

Thanks Susie, I slept pretty well I think. I woke up at 6:30 but I was still pretty tired since I didn't go to be until almost 2am. TJMaxx has some good stuff for working out, and here it's most of the time on clearance.

I had my son set up the wii this morning and couldn't get past the balance part before my arm started to hurt, sucks. I really need to find something I can do for exercise. I feel like I'm not doing all I can right now. I took some ibuprofen but it hasn't kicked in yet. Maybe I should make a sling, hmm that might work. So far today has not been OP. I had a cup of skim, a cup of V8 fusion and 2 slices of whole wheat toast, then animal crackers as a snack. It's past my 1pm lunch time I haven't had any lunch and I'm not hungry. Do I eat anyway or wait until 4 have my afternoon snack (a healthy) one, then dinner by 7?

FARN! I have missed you too and am so glad to see you check back in with us! You look just gorgeous in your profile pic! Oh I remember being 24! 24-28 were some of my best years! Of course, now is good too :O)

Jiggle: Your hair sounds cute and I can't wait to see it. I'll bet that is easy to maintain and get out the door quickly.

Did I tell y'all I'm going to do an experiment this week on strictly doing Calorie Zig Zagging by the "book". I loosely do it anyhow, but I've never gone absolutely by what FreeDieting says. The only thing is we have a dinner banquet Friday night (really dressy thing) and i don't know what we're eating. So I'll do my best.

I did my new Walk Away the Pounds DVD with jogging. It is a 2 1/2 mile one. I liked it, it was pretty easy for me though. Once cooler weather comes, which will be late Sept/Oct here in Texas, I want to try jogging a bit outside.

I am sitting here in my new size 10 jeans!! I need to get a shower and then I'll take a pic so you can see me :O) I still have the sticky size tag on my leg LOL I may keep it there ;o)

Good Day yesterday! Had an amazing moment of grace - walking with my ipod listening to one of my fav songs "I Can Only Imagine" and having the same huge yellow butterfly flit in front of me the whole way as I made way down the block! Gave me a huge lift!
Stayed OP with eating and walked/ran 45 minutes. Still no scale but I am good with that!
Today son, Matt, comes home for his weekly break from his summer camp job. He has been asking to go to yoga with me so maybe today is the day! And actually my other son, Kelly, (they are twins) has the day off from work so maybe he will go with us too! Should be interesting doing yin yoga (think long slow poses) with 19 y/o boys!

Good morning.
Just a quick check in. I'm going to workout during lunch and will post after that. As per request, I'm attaching a pic of the braids. I'm on plan today so far. Yesterday I did well. Decided to do 1600 cals because of the running. The trainer said I should increase them when running because it will keep me from being so hungry. I will try to run and do 1480 calories to see if I'm really hungry today. Will let you all know about that tomorrow.
