OT Rant - Why must tv shows portray all West Virginians as ignorant hicks? Do I seem stupid? I'm watching a rerun of NCIS and the investigation is in WV and the locals came straight from the Bevery Hillbillies.

Hi!!

Rhonda, thanks for the info on the knees. That's good to know. My mom and her dad, my grandpa is almost 91, say that glucosomine (sp?) and magnesium are good good too. I did some mild jogging today and so far soooo good.

Tina, Awww, I ditto Rhonda!!!!

Heather, I would love to have energy to get up way b4 dh goes to work to go walk or whatever but it never happens. The only way I could get time alone to jog or march in place and do squats and treadmill and arm lifts, etc. was to stay up late. I NEVER had a problem going to sleep. Sometimes fell right into bed after brushing and was soooo glad to lie down!! Fell right to sleep. Never affected me in a bad way. Did it tonight, I have walked over 11,111 steps today! (That was what my pedometer showed when I looked a few mins ago. ) I'm almost back to my old routines for food and exercise. I'm soooooooo excited!!!!

Chellez, You live in Newport News? I love the clothing store called that, that I get mags for the time. I bought my swimsuits thru them for a long time. I get them other places too but love theirs. I'm sooo glad the new challenge is coming up. Can't wait. Thanks so much for doing it.

I wish I had time to read back and write to each of you. I'm sorry. I'm lucky to be on now and have run thru past posts real fast. It's after midnite and I still have work on the puter to do for dh. Uggh! I'm tired, my son had a game tonight plus I did gardening today, and cleaned all the bathrooms and kitchen and did several loads of clothes and all the dishes... need I go on??

I'll shut up now, lol I'll be back tomorrow!!!! Hugs, Selina

onthetee asked who was doing c25k? Who was doing the simplfied version? and can I have a link to it please?

Having a tiring start to the week - I have had parent - teacher interviews every afternoon so far - I am dehydrated - I have spoken too much and not had enough water!!!! Its terrible when your face feels parched!!! I just realised how drinking more water has helped my whole body! I am gonna put some more moisturiser on before bed and try drinking another 2 glasses.

Hey blue friends!

Not much happening here. The big one has a playdate all day and the little one and I are going to my parents so that I can fix their computer network. I should be able to jump on the treadmill or get a run in before rehearsal.

Rabbit finally killed our TV, so it is off to the humane society with him. It makes me sad, but I cannot have an animal tearing up my house.

Hi Accountability Partners!

Just stopping in for a minute to let you all know that I'm 100% on-plan for the first time in a while....and, I love this feeling! Hubby and I planning on walking again today for lunch.

I'll check back in later today for personals. We have a big conference call today and I need to make sure I'm prepared.
Hope everyone has a great on-plan day.

Vanessa - Here is the link to the program I'm following. I hope the link works or "they" let it stay. If not, let me know and I'll try to get it to you another way. http://completerunning.com/dawn-on-t...s/13weeks.html

Well I got a nice little workout at 7 this morning. I decided I was going to move my treadmill into my exercise room myself! So I did. Pushing and pulling it through the doorways but I got it done.

Now once I move my TV in there I can watch Bob while I'm working out.

Can we say "OH YAH!" I just love him .. Girl you have to read faster

OK, I need everyone's advice. I did my Wednesday morning WI. I figured I would be very close to my goal weight of 222 (figured 222. something). Well, I got the 222.0 on my scale this morning (my karma must be good today).

Here is the question ... should I just not be greedy and accept this as my final weight for the challange, or should I see if I drop anything between now and Saturday morning?

Give it to me ladies.

Okie doke... I'll jump on that signature sometime today or tonight.

As far as your goal weight, it really depends on how much you think you really might lose the rest of the week. Do you have a lot of temptations coming up this weekend?? Is your schedule open for some pretty intense workout sessions? I would say if you think you might have an off day or can't workout intensely for the next 6 days, settle. But if you can hold out and sweat your eyeballs out.... go for it!

That would be me and my son. I will say that it is the only thing he peddles and they do have a couple very good "Light" items which is what I buy, along with the Military donation that we make to purchase popcorn for the military men and women in the Hospitals up in DC. At girl scout time, I just give them a donation and say thanks, but cause the single box of Tagalongs that I buy for my sone kill me to have in the house, so I can't torture myself any more than that

I like that idea, but I think my conscience would get me and make me feel bad if by the 5th I wasn't down and I took today's numbers.

Something to consider though.

Chelle - do you know who is in the running for the biggest loser (team and or individuals)? I was looking and there are a couple of people out there on our team and the other teams that have done really well. I was just wondering

No biggy just wondering. I know I'm not going to have the highest percentage ... even with 33.4 pounds lost. BTW ... how do you calc the number to make sure I am doing it right for you in my thread?

Also, I definitely want to stay with you for the next challange, no one else would understand my passion for Zadist. He is so HOT!
