I wasn't sure if I was on the right thread there for a minute with all the sexy vampire talk!

Dee - it's GORGEOUS here in Seattle today also! Just gorgeous. There is a chill in the air though - I doubt it's 60. WTG on setting up your plan.

KELLY!! WTG! You rock and are my new hero!

Rhonda - yeah, boring conf calls stink!!

We are all kinda sick here. Coughs and colds and I've had a headache for 2 days now. I worked out yesterday and it only got worse, so I haven't worked out yet today. I'll see what I feel like tonight and maybe go after DH gets home!

I'm so excited! We signed up through a CSA today and will be getting farm fresh organic produce in the future. I've been wanting to do this for awhile now.

I do drink a few diet sodas here and there - maybe 2 a week. That's good, although not perfect, since I used to drink easily 4 cans/bottles a day. We don't let the girls have pop, and "usually" don't have it in the house, but since I work on Monday and Fridays I often buy one on those days.

I only lost 2.6 pounds in the past 3 weeks and that's not OK. I know what's wrong. I got so busy and stopped tracking my calories. So, I'm sure it's that I'm simply overeating.

Gotta take my measurements tomorrow morning. I usually do it on the 1st each month, but forgot...

Hello everyone I didn't mention!

My theory is if God would look at something and say, "What is that?! I sure as heck didn't make it" then I probably should not eat it.

I made it...

To Chapter 21!

What did you think I was going to say?

In honor of Rhonda and Dee's commitments of excellence, I had a diet coke at lunch.

Now if I could just make my little list of things to work on I'd be just fine.

It's a series by J R Ward about vampire warriors called the Black Dagger Brotherhood....books about big, luscious manly men with just a hint of kink. Not for the faint of heart. So, you could probably handle it just fine!

Just had a delicious on-plan dinner and waiting a bit for it to digest before we go walking. My conference call lasted for 3 hours! Crazy. I'm actually looking forward to my walk with Hubby. Who would have thunk it....me looking forward to exercise.

With me that's decided on a day-to-day basis, and caffeine withdrawl might just be enough to tip the scales. I will however allow myself to take asprin or excedrin which has caffeine if the headaches get too bad. Or and Ambien, to just sleep thru it.
I have to cut out caffeine almost completely or it makes me have really really really emotional ups and downs (mostly downs) during PMS. I call it suicidal PMS cause I literally think I'm worthless and haven't done anything right ever. Sometimes I regret having my son or think I must have done something awful for him to have been born with a heart defect. With no caffeine I'm normal. I must have drank too much this month cause I was getting weepy over the preemie diapers the March of Dimes later left at our store. They're so tiny. Poor babies.

Well, my headache is still in full force, but with the weather being as gorgeous as it is I had to take the girls to the park.

Karen - how do you get your caffeine? It's so crazy how different things react with our chemestry.

DH always wants to watch vampire movies and I about die. I didn't get the gene for it, I guess!

Soda. I know it's bad but I was so tired and it helped. But bad side effects in the long run.

Both and loving every minute of it

Chelle - Girl you have to read faster ... I am almost finished with re-reading Z's Book. You got me hooked, so you have to pay the price of my abnoxiousness (is that a word, or is it just my own personal adjective)

I just had a Turkey Taco for dinner, got to love the extra 2 oz I get for not eating beef

Night to all ... I am up in Crystal City tomorrow, but I will try and catch you all, if not, I am at home again on Friday (THANK GOD!) so I will definately catch you then

I am SO hyped for the next challenge!
