No, I don't have a flower or veggie garden. I use to have a veggie garden some years back at another house we had, but not at this one. I have a few flowers and plants around the outside of house, but nothing big. Currently, I live in the suburbs of a small town and have just a small grassy back yard. It is big enough for the dog to play and run, but that is about it.

I still doing okay on my diet, but not as good as I like to be. Still eating smaller portions, but the variety has not been as great as I would have liked. I hope I still have some weight loss this week though.

I had a stumble in my diet this week too.....it was hot and my husband wanted ice cream, so we went to the local ice cream stand. I couldn't resist

Ice Cream!!! That is my hardest treat to resist!!! With the hot weather too, I can understand how it was very hard for you to ignore the temptation.

I am not better. My husband bought two small packages of chocolate covered marshmallow cookies, one for him and one for me. He knows I am trying to diet, but didn't think about it at the time he bought then. I love him and of course I ate them.

As a result of my indulgence, the scale says................no loss this week. However, I was lucky to stay at my same spot and not gain any.

I think I need to build up my willpower just a bit more. Perhaps some extra exercise for 15 minutes in the evenings will help.

Renee, I hope you will be more lucky than me this week.

Yeah Renee!!! That is wonderful!!!! Congratulations to you. Your doing great. Keep it going. Pound by pound, it will all slowly disappear. Glad your having a great day. You deserve it.

Thanks Corinna. I've been trying to stay busy and my garden and horses keep me moving. Cooking steak on the grill tonight and will have a salad to go with it. Beautiful day here....off to church....have a great day. We can do it!

Good job Renee, your back on track. Well done!

Well I didn't weigh in this week because I was afraid to see the scale numbers. I didn't really have a good week dieting. I still exercised but the eating portions were rather large.

I will have to try harder this week. I don't know what was up with me last week. I just didn't feel like trying.
