Well, I only lost .2 lb., but at least I didn't gain. I will do better this week! Hope everyone had a good weigh-in....

Went to a buffet dinner last night. I need to get back on track!
Now you need to make sure you get lots of exercise to burn those extra calories off, and get your metabolism moving. If you ate it, you have to pay the price and do the work out too for the next few days.
