Hi Renee! Vegetable soup is great on cold winter days. Plus it is usually low calorie too. I use to live on a farm when I was growing up. Always kept me busy and with lots of work to do. It kept me very active and very thin and trim. Now that I live in the city, my lifestyle has changed, and I have added on the pounds. Plus being older doesn't help either. Anyway, I can understand why you are looking forward to Spring. It will be here soon. This weekend the time springs forward for you!
Sharmenu-glad to hear you found a way to get exercise at work. That is wonderful. Keep it up and you will start a new trend there at work. A good role model for all.
Well I will be without a computer for a few weeks, so I will try to make it to the library or some other spot to check in. So don't worry if you don't hear from me for a bit.
