I stayed the same this week too. So I will have to figure out something different to try to get those scale numbers to change.

I found that celery with just a little hummus satisfies my hunger in between meals.

There are many different variations. Some are good and some are not. It's mostly made up of mashed Chickpeas and various other spices and ingredients. I like the plain lemon and garlic one the best. Paprika is also a good variation with it. Some are very hot while others are more mild. You can make your own hummus too and experiment to create one that suits your taste.

So far I am doing okay with my new portions sizes. Of course this is only my second day after restarting my diet again. However, that is a good start. Day 3 is coming up! I can do this.

Hey Renee....I am not alone in this. You can do it too! How is your week going? Will there be a change on the scale this week for you? I am feeling positive there will be for both of us.

Thanks Corinna for the encouragement. Seems like we are the only 2 on this forum.

We baled hay yesterday and boy it was hot! We are supposed to get cooler weather today with less humidity. I love the smell of newly baled hay in the barn! Hope you have a wonderful day!

I love the smell of hay too. I remember hauling hay from the fields and then to the barn, the small rectangular hay bales. My arms would be so sore at the end of the day, really my whole body from just lifting and loading/unloading. Burns a lot of calories, but very easy to get dehydrated too. What I loved was sitting on the hay bales later on with my dogs at the side of the barn and just reading or dreaming. Lots of good memories.

Hope you have a great day too. Remember think thin, think thin to win!!!

Had a good day yesterday....no extra snacking. Raining here this morning....great for the garden. I was going to get out the soaker hoses but they can wait until another day.

Corinna, do you have a flower or veggie garden?
