Renee: The best sweetener by far is Stevia...it's available in packets, liquid form and a powder. I have a mini liquid container in my purse and put a few drops in coffee or tea when I'm eating out. You can even cook with it to a point. The other types of artificial sugars are all bad for you.

Sharemenu, congrats on your loss! Are you walking or running on your treadmill every night? I'm just starting to run and am only at 5 minutes so far, but walk fast for the other 25 min. I'm on it. Don't really want to be a 'runner' because knee problems run in my family, and so far I've avoided them. Also it really helps to get rid of the unhealthy food in your cupboards!

I haven't lost much this week, but am hopeful to see a loss tomorrow. Just have to stay away from foods high in sodium.
