Hi all, I am new to the forum..I do the journals all the time though! Decided that I wanted to join a forum. This one sounds great! I like the challanges! Now if I can figure out how to get my own image on..lol
Anyhow since March is almost over I will commit to 300 minutes. I will start this monday! I am writing this down..I have a tendancy to forget! lol I need to get to gettin this weight off. I am 33 and weigh about 350 lbs..thats sad...lol..but here I am.

I did my 50 minute strength training workout today making my total 811. Wait. . . is that total right? I think I need to go back and check my math to be sure. If it is right, I have almost reached my goal for the month.
Nancy -- I hope you're almost at goal -- I am making up ground on my goal -- it's slow work when you're like 4 days behind! I went to the gym and did weights for 20 and treadmill for 32... Finally made it over the halfway point to my goal!
Group Total ~ 8980 + 52 = 9032 minutes (over 150 hours of exercise!!)
Another good day. Lovely walk with hubby to start the day. We only intended to walk for 45 mins, but we were in a new area and had trouble finding our way back to the car at the markets. It was a lovely walk in the cool of the morning though.
So... 60 mins walking, 20 mins of strength training and 30 mins on the treadmill in evening. Didn't feel up to the bike for some reason this evening.
Personal Goal... 520 - 110 = 410 mins left for March
Usual for a school day... 25 mins on treadmill and 25 mins on bike. Nearly didn't feel like going on the bike, but worked out that this was just because it was SO hot. So I put the airconditioning on for a while and I did just fine.
Personal Goal... 410 - 50 = 360 mins left for March (Goal - 1700)
