I did another hour at the gym, this time with mom. She did real well, when she got pooped she laid down in the locker room until I came and got her to do weights with me. The bicycle wore her out and then she did elliptical and treadmill for a bit so she had to rest.
I made it for 7 minutes on the elliptical - the first time I have made it past 5. It seems to be getting easier . . . I then did 30 minutes on the treadmill. That makes my total 387.
Hello NoLifeWithoutHorses. Thanks for adding my minutes in...I didn't realize I was supposed to do that! :-) Well, the good news is that my ticker was not up-to-date. So I had many more minutes than 94. That will teach me to update my signature more often, huh? <grin>
So, including today's workout I have a total of 274 minutes. Minus the 94 you already factored in, I need to add 180 to the group total.
I spent 25 minutes on the treadmill and for most of that time I was on an incline of 3.0. Then I had my session with my trainer for 30 minutes. That makes my new total 442.
Today, I did my Crunch dvd, so that's 40 minutes, and then did 10 minutes of weights & crunches. Brings meup to 50 minutes for the day, and brings my goal to 295 for the month so far. Almost to 300!
Brings OUR total to: 5655 minutes!!!
