I didn't meet my personal goal for March. I will strive again in April. I was at 80 minutes. My new total is 380. So, my 380 for March plus the group's 15037 = 15417 for the Group.
ok walked on my lunch break yesterday that was 30 min add that to my total 155 + 30 = 185!! That is my total for march..lol..didnt meet my goal of 300 BUT still did good.
We have a program at my work called ECHO. It is a wellness program through our company...anyhow I signed up for it! Right now they are doing a 6 week program with the nutritionist! Today is my first meeting!! I am sooo excited! Will let yall know what goes on and what fun things I will be learning..cyn
Oops!! Yesterday I wrote 23 minutes on the elliptical but I should have said treadmill! So Lilion, you were still queen of the elliptical yesterday! Since it works my legs muscles so much I had been keeping that for M/W/F.
So I just got back from the gym and today I did 80 minutes. So that makes the new group total:
15,487 + 80 = 15,567 Not bad at all ladies!
I'm proud of us. I didn't meet my goal but I'll try for 1200 minutes in April too. I'm thinking that this is the month I'm going to kick butt ladies, so look out. Oh--and my scale said 244.6 this morning. I'm ecstatic! Just had to tell you all. Good luck!

I am so gosh darn proud of myself for getting to my goal. I biked today for 60 minutes (while watching "12 Angry Men" - I really like that movie!) for a grand total of 1,000. And, because I'm a statistics freak, here is some more info:

The bike minutes are going to be challenge enough…but the walking/elliptical is sure to kick my butt. Here’s a toast to a CHALLENGE for April! Yipee!!!!
I got in a nice 25 minute walk...we're talking mostly uphill, with winds of 25 mph! LOL! So I'm definately feeling it! Was about a mile. Brings me to 855 for the month, and 15,652 for the group! WOW!
Tonight I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the treadmill. I tried to get on one of the bikes - uh . . . that didn't work out so well. Good thing there weren't too many people in the place or I would have felt really embarrassed! That brings my March total to 1443.
Howdy all I went to my class today..It was good..a get to know the group thing...we had to take body measurements lol and weigh in..last time I went to the Dr in December I weighed 345lbs..I stepped on thinking it went up and TAHHHDAHHH 329!!!! I had the biggest grin lol Imagine how much I will loose now that I am trying...whoohoo Cyn
My last exercise for the month was doing weights at the gym, counting 20 minutes of it. I can't believe it didn't exercise like 4 of the first 5 days of the month and not only met my goal, but exceeded it by over an hour! In fact, I've done some kind of exercise everyday since March 19th! *pats self on back*
