Got my act together today and walked laps with the kids for 15 mins. I really should take my sneakers in to school for that though as it would make it much easier on the rough terrain of our school oval.
So... 30 mins on the treadmill in the morning, 15 mins of laps and 30 mins on the bike this evening.
Personal Goal... 25 + 75 = 100 mins over my March goal of 1700
Group Total... 12,729 + 75 = 12,804
I can't remember what we got to in February, but this is looking pretty good!

I checked, and this was our total for February (and that was, I believe, our previous high water mark): 11,129 minutes
So, we have barrelled past our previous "best"!!!! WOO HOO!!!
Then I went back and looked at our other months, and here are the group exercise totals:
December: 5661 minutes (I remember us wanting to get to 100 hours --- 6000 minutes)
January: 9418 minutes
February: 11,129 minutes
And we're over 12K so far and March isn't over!!
I think we're doing so much better each month because of more people AND higher goals!!
Well, I didn't pay attention to when I did the exercise...but my total is now 260 minutes. Rather dismally far behind my 600 I was shooting for...but at least more than I've done in the past.
Today has been an EXCELLENT workout day!
*5 mins leg/arm stretches (with hand weights) in bed when I first got up.
*10 mins buns/thighs from dvd w/mom
*30 min walk w/mom (on highway and bumpy terrain through fields/woods)
*10 mins buns/thighs from dvd
*10 mins arms/shoulders from dvd
*20 mins cardio dance (was going to do the whole dvd, but my side is killing me)
That's a total of 85 mins for me today! WHEW! I'm BEAT.
Brings our total to: 13,027!!! And my total to 790 mins!!! WOO!
I am going to master that elliptical! Tonight I made it to 17 minutes. I tried to do the cross training thing where you go backwards, but that instantaneously hurt my knees so I stopped and kept going on the forwards. Then I did 35 minutes on the treadmill. That brings my March total to 1205.
60 mins for Sat. even though I wasn't feeling well, the girls and I danced to music videos in the living room for about an hour and a half but with commercials, I'm only counting 60 mins. And 45 mins on the gazelle today.
Group Total=13,151+105=13,256
Personal Total=1011/1100
I think I may actually go over my exercise goal this month...doesn't look like I am going to make my april first weight loss goal though...
Another good day. I walked laps around the oval again. I always forget how good that makes me feel. I remembered to take my sneakers today, so it was easier to maneuver around the potholes - our oval isn't in the best condition.

61 minutes on the bike today for a total of 850 minutes - just 150 min shy of my goal of 1,000. :-)
Group total: 13,351 + 61 = 13,412
Me thinks my old little bike is getting too easy - I am increasing the tension next week from 7 to 8. Once 8 gets too easy, I'm gonna have to get creative in order to make it a workout cuz 8 is the max. Wind sprints anyone? LOL
