Did pretty well, considering how 'blah' I've been feeling. I just did a little longer at a slightly slower pace, which seems to have worked well.

30 mins on treadmill and 30 mins on bike

Personal Goal... 335 - 60 = 275 mins to go for March goal of 1700

Group Total... 10,148 + 60 = 10,208

Things are still looking good everyone.

So sorry I've been MIA. Been busy with stuff. Anyway, I just wanted to add my totals in. I haven't worked out yet this morning, but I will add that later.

Saturday I did 30 minutes strength training.
Sunday - Rest day
Monday - Cardio 30 minutes
Tuesday - Strenth training 30 minutes

For a 3 day total of 90 minutes.
Group total: 10,208 + 90 = 10,298

We can add another 60 minutes from my workout today. I might go back to the gym later tonight--I'm not going to meet my May 1st goal if I don't start kicking it in to 1st gear. Wish me luck ladies~~

11 minutes on the dreaded eliptical and 5 minutes of crunches, etc. = 16 minutes for me yesterday.

Personal total 247 minutes - 600 - 247 = 353 to go!

Group total 10,358 + 16 = 10,374!

I was trying to talk myself out of it, but I'm glad I didn't! Got in 20 minutes of my new cardio dance dvd, and then 10 mins of the arms & shoulders (1 segment on my other dvd)...so 30 minutes for me today!

10,374+30=10,404!

Ooooooh, if I could stay home for a few weeks this exercise class would either kill me or have me down to 110 pounds in no time... 30 min curves this morning, and 90 minutes arobic & toning tonight.

120 + 10,462 = 10,582

I'm not sure if I'm making up for lost time, trying to get a jump on the future, or just trying to work off DH's birthday din-din...

nuthinfanci73 -Welcome! This is a fantastic place to come for support. It is so inspiring adding all our exercise time togehter. The more the merrier!

Tonight I upped it one more minute and made it for 13 minutes on the elliptical. Then I did 35 minutes on the treadmill. That puts my total for the month at 968.

The new group total is 10,582 + 48 = 10,630

Adding in Cyn's 20 mins brings the Group Total to 10,650.

I think I have only done an hour since I last posted. I didn't take the time to go through the posts and see the date, so I'll just take the hour. That brings us to:

Group Total=10,650+60=10,710

Personal Total=799

Wow! We are rockin and rollin!

I did a lot today, but am only going to count the 30 minutes that really was more exercise-y...

Group total ` 10,710 + 30 = 10,740 minutes!

Hello ladies!

Well, I've been so busy I haven't posted my progress for a while. I've done 116 minutes on my bike that I haven't reported. I am getting closer to my goal, I'm thrilled!

So, Group Total - 10,740 + 116 = 10, 856 minutes!

We are so impressive! :-) Keep up the good work.

Well, I'm such a dork I didn't come back and post my 35 minutes yesterday.

Plus I did 70 minutes, I did cardio AND strength training today. I'm going to start doubling up like that on my strength training days, and adding the cardio, hoping that will help me out. SO thats 105 minutes for me.

Group total: 10,856 + 105 = 10,961
