Didn't get a chance to come on last night, and record my workout....but I did my whole "Crunch:Cario Dance Blast" dvd all the way through for the first time! So that was 40 minutes, and then I did 10 minutes of weights and crunches...50 minutes total, and brought my total up to 110 minutes, and the group total:
1601+50=1651
Let's keep it up!

Pretty good day. Hubby and I got an hour walk in at 6am, when it was beautiful and cool. We then strolled around the zoo and listened to a choir from Tanzania. They are stopping off here on their way to Melbourne to perform at the Commonwealth Games. They are raising money to build a high school. They sound SO beautiful. I bought their CD and can't wait to play it for the kids tomorrow.
So... 60 mins walking, 25 mins on bike and 15 mins of resistance training.

Don't be so hard on yourself, but just start doing something - even if it is only marching in place in front of the TV for 10 minutes to get you started again.
Tonight I did 5 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the treadmill. That brings my total to 315. It was my first time being able to keep the speed at 2.5 for the whole time. I was totally sweating at the end, but it felt really good.
Nothing for me either today. Going to get up in the morning, and do a workout, and then again in the evening when I get home...gotta get to 200 mins!!! That'd be such a great way to start the month out...
25 on treadmill in morning and 35 on bike in afternoon - little slower on bike, due to heat (got to 100F today I think), so went a little longer.
Personal Goal... 1285 - 60 = 1225
Group Total... 2141 + 60 = 2201
Hope those of you who want to 'move it' and can't are feeling better soon. It is frustrating when you know what you WANT to do, and you know what you HAVE to do... you just can't DO it for some reason or other.
