50 min for me. I finally seem to be getting back in the swing. Made it to a REAL workout yesterday & gave it all I had - enough that I actually had to back off a little cuz my heart rate was too high. Tells me how much condition I lost in those 3 weeks I was slackin' - I rarely used to have such a problem.

50 + 2238 = 2288

80 + 2288 = 2368

Keep up the good work everyone!

I got in 40 min of cardio today and 10 min of abs. I've got 90 min so far this month. Would have liked the number to be a bit higher but I've been sick.

Keep up the good work everyone. Oh, and Brenda, you have to remember to let us know how the striptease video is.

My friend Susan bought the dvds, number 1 & 2, and they looked HARD! I wish you good luck as she weighs 140, and had a difficult time doing the moves some of the time!

2583 + 50 from Tracey + 75 from me = 2708

I did 30 on the treadmill, 30 on the stationary bike, 6 on the elliptical and the rest on weight circuit machines.

Well, I'm still not back to "normal" feeling, but I exercised. My walking is still lower intensity due to all the coughing, but I don't think I overdid it. I'm GLAD I did it! 46 min on treadmill and 10 min back ex. for a total of 56 min

Group total ~ 2708 + 56 = 2764 min. Almost to 50 hours exercised!

Wyllen - glad to hear you were feeling well enough to get back in the game.

Brenda - Was the question on the main thread an inspiration to get those DVD's?

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill tonight. I was going to do some weights while watching AI, but I was a bit too tired. My total is now 350.

The group total is 2764 + 35 = 2799

Nancy ~ *L* I don't think they are related too closely but anything that can bring hubby and I closer AND burn calories is worth it It certainly isn't a boring workout!!

Those videos certainly sound 'interesting'... and would match the main thread conversation perfectly.

Wyllen - it is great to see that you are well enough to try a bit of exercise, but I wish you were feeling 100%. Hopefully that will be soon. I'm glad you're not overdoing things though. Keep just taking it easy. It still makes a difference.

Did the usual, even though I didn't think I'd be up to facing the home gym today. After working out on the exercise bike, the gym didn't look too bad. Still pretty warm weather, but not as bad as the last few days. Only got up to 92F today.

So... 25 mins on treadmill, 25 on bike and 15 of resistance training.

Personal Goal... 1225 - 65 = 1160 mins left to do

Group Total... 2799 + 65 = 2864

Everyone is really moving, which is fantastic!

Take care,

Zelma

Hello Everyone!

I have a goal of 1,000 minutes of aerobic activity for the month of March.

I've been doing 60 minutes on my exercise bike every other day - so I'm right on target!!!

Next week I hope to add some weighlifting for the alternate days (ie. days when I'm not doing 60 minute cardio sessions) including 10 minutes of cardio warm-up before lifting.

If everything goes according to plan, I should reach my goal no problem.

Ah, and this is from the woman who two years ago couldn't walk a half-block due to an ankle injury. Yay me!!!

Adding ThisGirlsLosing's 94 minutes and my 50 minutes for today (which makes my goal for the month... FINALLY):

2874 + 94 + 50 = 3018
