I love coming here after a long day and seeing all the people moving. I'll add my 20 minutes with the weights today. First time in 1 1/2 weeks! I'm starting to feel better and getting back on the routine --finally. I am several days behind in my goal for the month, but it's early and I have every intention of making it!

I bet we make it to 6000 minutes (100 hours TOMORROW!!)
25 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the bike. I was supposed to do 15 mins on the home gym, but it is Friday and I am very tired, so instead of pushing myself I decided to give myself a break. That is a huge step for me, because I would normally just push myself to go that extra bit further. I'm still not sure I did the right thing, but I don't want to get sick again, so I'm being extra careful.
I did 20 minutes of the 2-mile WATP tape this morning before work. I didn't get through the whole thing - I am just not ready for working out in the morning. I had to today since we are hitting the road, but I don't enjoy it anywhere near as much. My new total is 462.
I really intended to skip the workout tonight, but then I just started feeling lazy, so I did my Crunch Dance dvd, so that's 40 mins of cardio for me! I've found that everytime we are in a place that sells dvds, I'm always looking at their selection of workout dvds...I guess that's a NSV, since before I began my new lifestyle, I didn't look for them EVER.
40 mins added to my total brings me up to 335 mins so far this month!
25 mins on treadmill, 25 mins on bike and 15 mins of resistance training on the home gym. Actually did more like 20, but some of that was working out new routines, so I'm sticking to 15 mins of good, steady workout.
Add 30 mins walking for me, sadly I'm still bleeding (from the op or TOM, I don't know)and have to wait until it stops to exercise properly. MY TOTAL(800) 710-30=680 Group TOTAL 6075 + 30= 6105 xxsharon
This is weird. I know I posted last night, and now it's gone! In fact, I think some other posts are gone,too, because I thought the group total was higher when I was done. Thinthinker, do you know what happened? Am I crazy?
Anyway, I had a great 43 minute workout on the treadmill, finally feeling better. I said more yesterday, but today I'll just say:
Lovely walk with hubby around a large park in the centre of the city this morning. Didn't really know where we were going, and I fully expected to get lost, but we found our way back to the car and got in a beautiful hour-long walk at a very good pace. I'd say we walked between 3 and a half to 4 miles. Weather was gorgeous and surroundings were serene.
Also did 25 mins on bike and 15 mins of resistance training on the home gym this evening.
Personal Goal... 985 - 100 = 885 mins to go for March
