Oh Roxy,I'm so sorry to read about you and your DH I so pray that you guys can work things out

Glad you're back Angie you had a good day yesterday and just build on that.Digging deep for that mentality that you know you have to acchomplish what you want

Lori

Love your running format Aka I like to see the scale move too but I know that if I keep on joging eventually the scale will catch up and I'll see a loss.It just takes time. I know I'm losing inches like crazy and so are you we just have to stay presistant and consistant with it all and be patient

Weighed today: 259.4. No gain, no loss. I'm happy with that as I had an "off" weekend. I won't go into too many details, but Coca-Cola is NOT water and should not be drunk like that *le sigh*

Back on track today.

Okay -- Good day overall -- under 1500 calories, on track for sodium and protein, over on my carbs. I got in lots of water though and I think I'll call it a success overall. I lost a bunch of water today...weighed in at 208.8, so that's a 4.8lb loss from yesterday.

Diana -- Thanks! Congrats on your .4 today -- you are doing great at staying in your range.

Vixsin -- Congratulations on an on plan day!

Roxy -- I'm thinking of you and sending you lots of support vibes

Lori -- Congratulations on getting to ONEderland!!!!

Rennie -- Yes, I think you've hit on something there -- I want to feel great in my skin too. I do feel pretty good about how far I've come, getting back into regular sizes was a real thrill for me -- I'm pretty stoked that I can shop in normal stores again -- but I want even more...I want the thrill of a size 12 then a size 10 something or other I'm going to try to hold that in my mind to get me through the next few days and try to remember that it's all completely within my grasp, I can make it happen.

Starbrite --Sam -- Congratulations on your 1lb today! Here's a hug back

Kukkie -- Hope your headache has cleared up

Aimee -- Hi! It's been so long since I've seen you! Sorry about the headache

Crainjo -- How's the running going?

Ona -- Sounds like a fun weekend! Congrats on the 167!

Oh man you guys thanks for all the encouragement. Ona you totally picked me up, and you sound happy!

I had my official WI at WW tonight, and was 204.6 which puts me at a solid 25 pounds lost. Officially. Charm for my key chain and everything.

I think I'm catching a cold got that little tickle that I can't get rid of, drinking some TheraFlu before bed. Hoping to not cough all night.

crainjo I just want you to know you made my mouth talking to Vixsin about those wraps.

Thanks Vixsin yes we can I love red pepper hummus, I didn't even think about putting it on a wrap, thank you

Aimee Sorry about the headaches, that sucks on your days off, Hope you feel better soon I don't know what's going on I feel the same as you (I need to stop thinking, and start doing.) I don't know what goes through my head, I do good for half the day and the remainder is a flop. Didn't do too bad today though, we all of us will get this weight loss journey figured out prayerfully sooner than later BTW I don't like camera's at all. We are gonna take another family picture before our daughter leaves and I really don't want to look like I did in the last one we took. I find it interesting how I see myself in the mirror and how the camera tells a completely different story.

Thanks Sam

Ona nice weigh in, glad you are enjoying life

Rainbow hope you had a nice day

Diana I did 10 min 41 sec burned 83 calories. I had planned to get back on but my day just took off. I did get to do some edging which seems easy when you say it until you see our yard edges. You edge and then get down on all fours and pull like crazy, so many dead weeds I told my son we were in the desert and it was tumble weed . I must have done something wrong though because my elbow/pit of my right arm hurts like crazy. It hurts when I reach pick up anything, extend it, it just hurts. and I think I'm catching a cold, but I'm trying to catch it away get it

Angie glad you had a good day Great whoosh 4.8lbs I'd be jumping around like that carrot . I'm with you on the regular sizes/stores. I love it also, but I have 12's that I purchased last year that I can fit, and I can't wear one shirt/top that I bought last year, smh.

numbers today:
calories 1452, carbs 143, protein 140, sodium 1456

Amanda Congratulations on the 25lbs gone, Way to go

Good Morning, Everyone!

I posted this in my other check-in last night:

DH wanted to eat close to the house tonight. He decided on Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel is one of those places that can make me have a sodium gain or not. I hope this time it doesn't bother me. Just like my post to K9, why does the sodium bother me at times but not at others. I can tell TTOM is getting ready to start. Maybe that's why I had such a sodium gain this weekend. Maybe that's why I wanted the taco sauce in the first place. Something to think about.

This morning, I didn't have a gain, but I didn't lose either. I am glad for not having a gain. I still feel swollen, though. It will take some time to get rid of the water weight from this weekend. I really think this is because of pending TTOM.

Calories for yesterday: 1440 +

Weigh In: 146.2

No change (sometimes this is good )

aka8941 Congrats on the 25 pounds!

Rennie I hope you aren't getting sick! Take some Cold EZE or Emergen C (whatever those products are called

Angie - It has been a while! Unfortunately I've been off plan that entire time, or just not 100% ON plan. Great loss!! Even if you know it's water weight, it's still a thrill to get it off your body

Rennie - Yes, it's definitely time to get out of our heads and into the DOING part! I made some soup yesterday, so I've got a healthy "clean" lunch for today, it's a start! And we went to a hockey game last night and I resisted: alcohol, nacho's, hot dogs, pizza & pop! Small victory's! I did come home starving and had a sandwich. I am finding I am hungry a LOT, and I realize part of that is the weather change, so I might start these fiber pills, if you take them 30 minutes before a meal it's supposed to help control some of the hunger, and my pharmacist actually thinks they work. I'll research a little more though.

Diana - would you believe I'm back to work today and the headache is GONE?? This is me rolling my eyes! Sometimes no gain and no loss is a good thing! Hopefully you lose the puffy feeling soon, it's not really that much fun!

to everyone!!

I am off to work now!

-Aimee

So I'm up 0.8 today, again not sure if it's the wacky scale or not. But the numbers were fairly consistent today, within a 0.2 range. So it is what it is. TOM's baggage is still here, but TOM arrival is still delayed, which is making me a not-so-happy camper. I'm working from the office today, brought all my foods/snacks with me, already have my Nalgene 1L filled. Let's make it a great day

Well I am down to 182.2 down 1.8 from yesterday, thanks to decent eating for a change and a little movement . I didn't cough all night but at 5:30am it started up Gotta finish the edging this morning. It's not sunny like yesterday, what a beautiful summerlike day we had. It's supposed to be nice until Thursday/Friday.

Diana best of luck with dinner tonight no big sodium gains I've heard about that cold eze. I'll go do some comparisons when the kids get on the bus. Thanks

Angie I agree with Aimee, even if it's water it is great to see those numbers go down in bulk

Aimee glad the headache is gone, and work did it, wow, No snacking/alcohol ... that is a huge NSV, those are temptations on top of temptations, be very very proud of yourself What's the name of the fiber pills and how many do you take a day? Hope they don't back you up. Let me know, thanks I never thought about the weather changing causing the hunger. I don't know that I would even call mine hunger, I just can't get full. I drink water which helps but I have to pee every 10 minutes so I hate to go anywhere

crainjo your scale is toying with you, give it a mental kick, it'll come around , good job on the .8 down

Kukkie sorry about the up, ... you're OP with planning good for you. You have a great day also.

Rennie Congrats on the 1.8 pounds! Stick to your plan, it works! We went to the Cracker Barrel last night. I was grateful not to have a sodium gain from it.
