everybody..

Had a crazy night.I got home around 5pm after taking my Aunt to the store, had a little something to eat and all of a sudden my stomach started hurt like never before. It wasn't the kind of hurt like i had to go the bathroom but like really hurt.
Called Mother and she said that My Aunt's stomach was hurting her really bad too and that when she drank some water that her stomach stopped hurting So i drank like 64 oz more water(already had 2L's) until 9 pm.It did stop hurting though.Maybe we caught a bug or something So I'm up this morning a pound to 167.8.

Sorry bout all that KuKKie,yeah, that's tough when someone is so close to their family like that. You guys love for each other will see it all through

Thanks Diana,I try to rest every chance i get I have so much energy now and want to do so much.Sometimes i forget I'm not in my 20's any more Great Job on the .6

Hay Angie Hope your Lunch was great Today.Hope you have a great time on the cruise. It's nice here during the day and a little chilly at night. My body fat was 34.3% (for my age range) and she said that i was normal now.She said that @160,that should be it but who knows..

Rennie - Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids! I haven't been to a Black Friday before, but it sounds like pure madness!! I am a shopper, but I don't think I could handle that! Seems to be a theme for yesterday's WI - I was also up 2 pounds!

Amanda - I'm going to go check out the gym in the next building this week, see if it's opened! They said it would open Nov 1st, but nothing yet! I was really enjoying running, and it's great to see how far you've come!

Diana - I think we started the Christmas music on Friday! We normally don't start it until after November 11th, which is great I think, it's good to stay respectful towards the vets. This is an insane time of year, and we hired late, which means we are going into Christmas with girls with almost no experience, but at least it means more hours for me I thrive under pressure like this, so it's a little fun for me!

Kukkie - sorry to hear about the problems with the inlaws, people are NOT meant to live with their inlaws! Hopefully everything works out for the best, and vent anytime

Alright, I am not sure about getting on the scale again, yesterday I was up 2 pounds. So I may or may not be back with the numbers!

-Aimee

Hey everyone!

Still catching up over the last couple days. Glad to see we are all keeping on keeping on.

Rennie, that cough is just hanging on. Hope you feel better soon.

Started the C25K last night. Hahaha! That was a trip. But I will keep working at it for sure. If that isn't a shock to my system, nothing is.

Not starting off the day on the right foot. Someone at work brought me a piece of her birthday cake (walked all the way from the other side of the building), and with the cream cheese frosting...well that got me. Thankfully, it wasn't really that big of a piece, but I still feel "guilty".

Holding steady on weight right now. I think TOM is gearing up for an appearance...we shall wait and see.

TTYL!

Sorry bout that Aimee.Maybe if you just count for a little while, then after a while you'll have an idea of what/how much your eating and won't have to count so accurately.Well at least that's what I've been doing. After 2 years of Counting religiously,I can count in my head Plus i tend to repeat the days menu a lot But Every other week i reel it back in and start tracking again cause things can get out of hand.

I'm down .8 today to 204.8

Amanda -- 202 is great, lookout ONEderland!

Diana -- Congrats on your .6 Yes, I'm pretty much ready for my cruise, I'm 90% packed and just have to throw in the last minute things that I'm still using every day. I'm going to take Friday off work so I won't feel rushed and end up forgetting something important.

Kukkie -- That's a hard situation; I hope you and DH can find a compromise that will work on both sides. If you can't agree on a plan on your own you could try a counselor to help figure it out. I'm sure it's very stressful to feel your relationship is at risk.

LoriAS -- Congrats on holding steady!

Vixsin -- Good job on the 2lbs and on packing your food!!

Ona -- Did you and your Aunt eat the same food? I wonder if it was food poisoning? Hope you are feeling better today. I'm glad you had good news at your Dr. appt I can't wait to get to Miami on Saturday night, I'm sitting here on my couch under a blanket with big fluffy socks on and I'm still cold! Enjoy your tennis this week

Aimee -- I never wanted to count calories either, but it does seem to work.

Kyalpn -- It's hard to resist bday cake at the best of times, but with TOM getting ready to visit -- forget it! Don't worry, it was one little thing, keep making great choices and that one won't matter so much.

Thanks everyone for all the support. It's a frustrating situation, but we've decided to just take some time to calm down and "think" about it, because my work/school schedule is just too hectic to throw it in right now. We'll probably discuss tomorrow. I think Angie mentioned trying to speak to a counselor, which I've actually suggested a few times, but my husband has a lot of pride, and doesn't think it'll help, and he's not willing to go - which of course makes things that much more frustrating!

Anyway, today is a better day. I'm down 1.2 since my last weigh in on Sunday to 198.4.

Kukkie:

Diana: to you too!

Angie: Thanks for the encouragement. I'm really frustrated because tomorrow is the last day for my Thanksgiving Day challenge, and I'm retaining water like I'm a camel getting ready for a trip through the desert. Soooo maddening. I can't believe I'm actually wishing TOM would get here.

Ona: How are you feeling?

You too, Rennie. How's that cough?

I hope everyone celebrating the holiday tomorrow has good times with their families and really feels that they have things for which to be thankful. I always forget that part of the holiday, so I'm going to try to concentrate on it this year. We will see how my vegetables come out. I found a green bean casserole and a receipe for roasted cauliflower on the Eating Well website, so I'm hoping my family will like.

Have a great day today!

I'm down .8 again today, so I'm now at 204.0 -- I was hoping to be a bit lower before we leave on Saturday, so I'll push for a bit more in the next 2 days. A whoosh would be nice

Diana -- good job on your .6!

Kukkie -- Thinking is good. Congratulations on your 1.2 loss today.

Kyalpn -- I think I've blown my TG challenge too...I just hope I'm lower than I was when I started at this point. Enjoy your holiday and don't worry about the water retention, you can always start eating asparagus and sucking on lemons on Saturday.

Wow -- I was all settled in for personals, and I'm done! What a quiet day.

What do you guys think of this name for the December thread....

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!

Kukkie Congrats on the 1.2 pounds!

kyalpn Roasted cauliflower sounds great! I hope it turns out well for you.

Angie Great job on the .8. What are you most looking forward to on your cruise? Do you have any excursions planned? Is your DS going, too?
