meggot your 13 min 4.2 treadmill (jogging) sounds like a run great job. I'll get there one day

Hi Cronopia

Hi dream

Penguin your lasagna sounds great, I'm sure April was happy

Kris your shake sounds delicious, I may have to try it

abidabbi, I have a lot of food weaknesses. Pizza being one. I am so glad that I tried the Lean Cuisine pizza. I went to another store and found a few more varieties I can't wait to try. Good for you on your 1000 calorie work out. You're getting back into your old groove

Sarah good for you on getting your calories in today. Maybe you could add a snack between breakfast and lunch. Just a thought if your schedule will allow.

Jer I have read that you should not go under 1000 calories a day. So with that read if you need to lower your calories there will be no where to go. I have had low calorie days and then the next day I am up again. So it balances out. Just my 2 cents

blueridgegirl great job on the race, sorry about your fall and your knee. I think I would have quit also. You are a trooper, gloat all you want I sure wish I had those egg rolls today

*skids into thread* Forgot it was a new month, hi girlies!

Anyway, food for me has been a bit weird lately because guess what, I'm going through a picky eating phase again. I'm so bored of the food I have for lunches at work that I've stopped taking lunch in, and all I seem to want to eat is jacket potatoes with baked beans and coleslaw. Those, and for breakfast just a yoghurt or glass of juice and nothing for dinner.

So yet again, I'm being bad. I need to sort this out, I know ><

On a more positive and really amusing note, I went shopping to look for a new pair of jeans yesterday, and as usual picked up a size 10. TOO BIG! Had to try an 8, but they didn't have the right leg length. I laughed. I still can't believe I can get in anything smaller than a 14.

Going to try to eat properly today. Really. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. I can do it!

Diana ~ thanks for the info on the pancake mix. I might have to give it a try. The mini loaf looks pretty good.

Hi everybody! I've been MIA for a couple of days now. Going through a really rough spot with my depression. And now for confession: I haven't been doing too well on my eating habits. Friday, my husband took me to applebees for lunch. I ordered some pasta and was shocked and happy that I couldn't eat half of it- I was so full! That would never have happened before I started eating small frequent meals. That night, he brought home frozen pizza. Last night it was so nice outside that we built a bonfire and made smores. It had been so long since I had sugar that I felt sick after only a couple. I'm so glad that I did get sick, otherwise I would have eaten several more
So, needless to say, I gained a lb over the last couple of days. But that's ok, because I'm back on track now!
Thanks everyone for your support!

Love2b Congrats on being in the 160's!!!

Nicole Isn't grocery shopping more fun when you are so motivated? Glad you got plenty of healthy goodies!

blueridge Great job on the race!

Hope everyone is having a great long weekend!

9-4 ~ 212.8 New Low

I'm a little baffled by my weightloss this week. I've had a few days over my cal 'high' and then a few lower days to compensate, but I would think the two higher days would throw everything off. I haven't done the math but if I was aiming for 1600 cals a day for a week and then this past week had two high days and a few low days I 'think' the average cals for both weeks would be the same. I could look at this past week as a zig-zag and keep trying to the up/down days and see if I continue to lose?

NSV!I wore a suit jacket and shirt to service this morning that I haven't been able to wear for about a year. The jacket is a 14W.

Nicole, 34 yrs young that's great. My husband I have known each other since we 13-14 years old. We went to middle school and high school together. He said he has always had his eye on me but I wasn't interested . But we know how the story ends . Isn't it funny how our taste change. I used to love caramel macchiato now I can't drink it. I can't even stand the smell. The bad thing is I have so many caramel coffee item here you know they aren't cheap and I will never use them. Like you said it's bitter sweet

Wysteria, It is funny how our taste change on our journeys Yes you can do it I still go to the plus section for clothes. It's out of habit I know.

Thanks Raven, great job getting back on track

Thanks Sarah, it won't be long I have my that it sticks for me

Penguin congrats on your new low and your NSV That's great

I'm up .8 thanks to my lack of exercise, rest and the Golden Corral but it's OK there is always the rest of today and the days to come to Everyone

Hi Everyone! The board/thread seems really slow today. Everyone must be doing something fun.

Wysteria Great job on the jeans! That had to be an awesome feeling!

Raven I saw your post about going to Applebees. Have you ever tried their 550 menu? All the meals are under 550 calories. I love their chicken portabello, and their Island shrimp. They are both really good. They also have a shrimp/pasta meal that I haven't tried, yet.

Penguin Great job on the NSV and the new low!
