I am vowing to myself to make Sept a great month! I am going to stay OP! August was such an up and down month with no real progress so I really need and want to make a change this month. And I know I can do it with the support from you ladies!
Last night after soccer we went out to a pub for drinks and food. I was soooo tempted to get a beer but I resisted! And to eat I had grilled veggies on mixed greens with goat cheese and balsamic dressing on the side. Yum-o! So overall I think I did pretty well

I am actually very proud of myself for not caving in to the beer. Yay me!
Here is my days eats 9/1/2010
B - 1 cup Nature's Path Bran flakes w/ Flax cereal with 1/2 cup organic soy milk + 1 cup mixed strawberries and blueberries
S - 1 banana + small salad with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, radish and organic balsamic dressing
L - 2 slices WW multigrain bread w/ veganaise, broccoli sprouts, sliced cucumbers, radishes and tomatoes + 1 cup edamame (1 cup of the actual beans worth)
S - 1 peach + Kashi granola bar
D - Not 100% sure - but it will be healthy! Probably shrimp w/ avocado and broccoli sprouts or maybe a stir-fry with soy substitute... we'll see.
Drinking: At least 2 cups green tea + 2L water + 1 diet pepsi
Exercise: 30mins brisk walk with the dog
