Today's good decision: on the treadmill for all of episode 1 season 3 OITNB. Ran 5k then walked the rest until the show ended. I will only watch the show on the treadmill, so -- good incentive.

Also, I got some raspberry vinaigrette at the store for a big salad tonight. Sounds super refreshing.

I chose to go biking for an hour at 6:30 a.m. Yay me (but now I'm pooped)!

Today's good decision: extra biking instead of my planned run. I'm nursing some plantar fasciitis in my right foot, and I have a tendency to just want to run anyway and hope for the best. I have to remind myself to be more flexible with my exercise and pay attention when I am hurting (it is a little hard since I like running way more than biking). So I got on my bike instead of the treadmill -- yay for listening to my body's feedback!

It's July 1st, and my choice is to keep trying. I've had really good breakfasts and lunches so far this week, and will continue doing battle with the 4-7pm "open season" mentality. It's just a habit, and I WILL destroy it!

Sadly, I think that was my 'one good choice' the last five times I logged in. Can't believe I haven't lost any weight in nearly two years, but it's been a rough two years, so at this point, I'm just glad my pants still (mostly) fit XD

Susan, If the pants still fit, you must acquit! (bad joke there, which may be meaningless to you, but the fact is, maintaining is always a big win in my book!)

Today's good decision(s): early morning back stretches to groovy tunes to get the day started right. Oatmeal (not a bagel). A peach (not a bagel). Coffee. Another Tuesday has begun.

Wink 1 Good choice today: Stay Home Avoid the Heat

I stayed home today and isolated myself w/ cool Oxygen and smoothies made of fruit juice, water and ice and others of ice w/ coffee. I just changed cat boxes and did a lot of research and have a male pen pal who I feel am falling in "LOVE" with. So I correspond daily w/ this guy. Its cool never had an online relationship before. I will let yal know when he proposes our Engagement OK? I think I'm losing more weight just from this close connection too. I haven't had 1 in a long time. I will probly have the Harley crew at our reception too. They were so sweet and supportive to my bro for his wife's funeral. Thanks guys that really helped him a bunch.....Wish me ..queen ::lol 3:

Wink I avoided the heat most of the day

then I went healthy food shopping and baked chicken to go w/ a healthy green salad this evening. Weight still at a plateau currently . Hope it keeps going to the Left, to the Left. -5 Lbs ASAP. Amen.....
