I am going stir crazy as I am recovering from yet another wide local excision on my back. Very limiting. I can't move my arms much and I'm like a little t-rex walking around waving just my hands and whining about how I can't get any exercise.

Today's good decision: meditation. Boy did I need that.

I have learned to live with the roughly 80/20 approach to eating well. The difficulty has been after I eat something in the 20% "not good" category, to bounce right back to eating well again. I don't mind occasionally slipping but it's the putting down of the goodies after I've had my share that has been hard. I've done a bit better than usual with that lately, so those are my "good choices".
