Absolutely, Michelle. You might regret it when you see what I wear, though

Played badminton today for 30-40 min. Not a great accomplishment but might help offset some of the easter chocolate that jumped down my gullet today

Whatever you've got, I'll take. I like really, really comfortable clothing and I hate shopping. I'm not just saying that. I really hate shopping. My first week at the new job I wore two blouses that are twenty-seven years old!!!!

My good choice for today: I ate a real dinner -- my favorite dinner, in fact, a burrito FULL of vegetables. I was almost too lazy to make it, but I'm so glad I did.

Good decision - No junk snacks last night, which is always hard for me on weekend nights (and on days ending in Y, for that matter). But particularly hard during the weekends. Mr. Snark had potato chips, I did not, and I only felt a wee tiny bit peeved about not having some myself.

We went out to breakfast- I got the healthy option and skipped the fried potatoes... Why are the several varieties of fried spuds soooo yummy?

Went jogging with Middlekid- who seems to have lost a bit of weight climbing all those hills

Also, skipped the spring rolls in favor of some edamame...

HI - found my way to this thread - recently started lurking in the 40+ forum ....
I usually post in the 300+ forum

Mrs Snark are you still doing the banana a day - a nice low/no guilt ice cream substitute - great for vegans/lactose intolerant is to chop up your banana freeze it then put in a blender with your favourite berry add some water to maintain consistency, help make it smooth add the water as you go - as much or as little as needed - if you like it a little tart add a splash of lemon juice

my healthy choice/thing I did today was spent about an hour playing ball /practicing netball with my girls -they play I used to, but not anymore

Welcome Karencat! We got rid of that bunch of bananas by forcing them on all of our family, friends, acquaintances, coworkers, neighbors, and strangers at gas stations. Thank goodness. But I do like to eat the frozen bananas as a dessert, and that recipe sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing! Mmm mmmmm!

My good choice for today: extra long dog walks and sets of squats whenever they squatted. I did one set of walking lunges too, but that is always harder than I'm expecting with two dogs on leash.

Rechyl: Oh move over! Garlic chickpea soup?? That sounds awesome, gimme gimme gimme!

Karencat: is that you dancing in your profile pic? That is so incredible!

MagicS: Yay for salad! I had salad and lentil soup for dinner!

My good decision -- When I went grocery shopping today, for my week's worth of meals, I bought no treats of any kind, except for fruit. Even though everything was calling to me today, I went with the natural stuff, not candy.

Mrs Snark - my profile pics quite old - and at a long distance, Yes it is me - complete with a dance sword balanced on my hip - no tricks just there
one advantage to being curvy I guess

My one good choice for today - taking lunch to work as doing more hours - blew the being good today thing by having pizza for dinner
however passed on the soft drink for a much healthier option of a low fat mocha ! So I guess that was a good choice there

with my WW weigh in this week I am under 300 pounds now ! ok son 299.17 pounds but hey its under 300

Played badminton instead of the usual 2-3 hours of tv in the evening. Sometimes I just wish someone would steal the tv and my iPad because 99% of the time I'm too weak to put them away and do something that requires more energy.
