Andiel -- I have a pair of jeans from college I'm still trying to fit into, they give me muffin top. The zipper has been sewn back in several times from where my pot belly ripped it out over the years, lol. I'm not sure I'm really ever getting back into them (plus they are out of style), but I like to have them as a goal to stay aware of what I'm putting in my mouth.

Today's good decision: I'm trying to plan for the food explosion that is going to happen in my living room during the super bowl. I'm pretty sure it will be raining Fritos during that time, and I'm pre-planning how I want to handle that. It is always good for me to try and make some decisions ahead of time so I'm not so caught up in the moment -- Fritos have a way of sweeping me off my feet.

Yes! Me! I've always had big boobs though. When I hit my goal, I'm going in for a consultation.

So how did it go? And yes, a plan is a good idea. But really I'm finding I can have a bad day. I just can't have one every day.

Oh Kudos for that.

My one good thing? I ran today. Okay it was 3 minutes and the three minutes weren't together. But I did it, 3 times I ran for a full minute. I figure I got to start somewhere. I am also pleased because I had the flu last week and didn't work out at all. I finally managed to get to the gym on Friday, and I couldn't even sustain a walk at 3.0 mph. That's my warm up speed. So I was worried it was going to take me a while to recuperate. But I'm back, baby.

My good decision today was to quit eating like it was still the Super Bowl.

I had a cup of healthy Raisin Bran Cereal for Breakfast w/ 1/2 banana, and then did some Relacore Research. I am switching from Slim Quick OTC diet pills to Relacore in a few days. So I did some research on it. Otherwise, just making my bed in the morning is like an endeavor to me, and then remembering to take my daily vitamins after breakfast, and so far nothing else except folded the laundry.

Yes I'm a 46DD and the weight of my breasts alone is uncomfortable and gives me back pain. When I lost 70 Lbs they were temp reduced, but they come back in size as we spread over time unfortunately.....So I am still trying to lose weight, and decrease the size of mine through exercises to tone them at the gym. I would not have surgery myself if there are exercises that may naturally accomplish this for me.

A quick check in at 3FC to replenish the spirit, even when I'm a giant cranky pus and feel I have nothing to offer others at the moment, it is always a good idea to check in.

So my good decision today is posting in the lovely 40-somethings forum! Sending everyone strength to keep on, keeping on -- and keep making those good decisions everyone!

My good decision is going to have to be an ongoing one today. Doc put me on steroids to break an 8 day migraine. I feel great, but I feel like I could eat a second breakfast. And it's only been an hour. So I am going to have to keep in my mind, that just because my appetite has increased, my caloric needs have not. It's not like I haven't given myself some allowance for the increased appetite. I had Ezekial toast with my breakfast, which I don't do often. And I added almond butter to my protein shake. (I do that when I know i'm going to work out that day.) But I pretty much want to shovel food in my mouth right now. So my one good thing today, was coming on here instead of shoveling food in my mouth.

It's still early here, only 9:30am, but I had a protein shake and bananas and strawberries for breakfast instead of what I really wanted; a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Mmmmm......croissant.......

Seana, we should talk. I've never heard of steroid treatment for migraines, and I've suffered since I was 17.....tell me more!

Steroids are used to break a long migraine. Mine had lasted 8 days, but Dr. chastised me, and told me never to go longer than 3 before calling him.

The only reason, I had a migraine, is that I am over due for my botox treatment.

If you have pain more than 15 days a month, find a Neurologist who does Botox. It literally changed my life. It's not a cure, but I now get headaches about 7 days out of a month, and most of the time it's treatable with aleve. From heavy narcotics to OTC medication....I have a life now.

I have just recently discovered that baked brussel sprouts in olive oil is delicious. It's one of my main fall veggies now.
