This seems like an excellent thread / group to revive. Making good choices is what it's all about. And sometimes they're seemingly small choices, but add them together and change happens. Or that's the plan anyway!

So feel free to post your good choice for the day. I fasted today, so all good choices, but last night I went out for dinner. Ate the burger, but ordered plain coffee when the others ordered dessert, so I think that was an excellent choice!

To help someone here that stated about the brown spots. Melanin, which gives your skin its color, is found in your skin. When your skin is exposed to UV radiation, melanin produces a tan.
When melanin clumps in the skin or is created in large quantities, such as when your skin is exposed to a lot of UV radiation, age spots emerge.

Anyone can have age spots, but if you have light-colored or pale skin or a history of frequent or extreme sun exposure or sunburn, you are more likely to get them.
Because melanin levels in the skin are lower in older women, they are more prone to age spots.

I've had a treatment for brown spots at a clinic in Maine and I'm very happy with the results. I only needed 2 sessions for the desired result so it hasn't drained my pockets either. It all depends on what you want and how you feel in your own skin at the end of the day.
