Well, I'm back.... So darn busy!!! Anyway, I it looks like the weight drop I had a few day's ago will stick, still 188 and working to go lower. Still sticking to around 1200 calories per day and still losing. I'm so glad I don't need to starve myself to lose weight. I'd never be able to stick to that kind of a diet.

Diana: Happy Birthday! Glad you had a nice time out!

W: 189.6

B: scrambled eggs w/grated cheese, raspberries, sliced peaches, peach tea
L: chicken leg, Spicy V8
D: grilled cheese sandwich w/ small bowl split pea soup.

E: stretches, abs 12 min.

It was pouring rain today, and we had a lovely thunder and lightning storm. And I managed to run several errands in the rain. A big one was that I took six garbage bags full of stuff to the Salvation Army. DH came home from work and was all impressed with the extra space in the house. His smiling face made it worth the effort.

Wow! You ladies rock! I'm almost embarrassed to post here - I think I normally shoot for 1500 to 1700 calories each day. My weekend breakfast and dinner calories and refined carbs are usually much higher than my weekday cals and carbs, so that's why I purposely skipped lunch yesterday. Total ended up being about 1500 calories and I don't want to think about all that white bread:

B: bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel 600 cal
L: skipped
S: Wholey Guacamole single with tortilla chips. 200 cal
D: Steak w/asparagus roasted with butter. roll with butter. ~ 700 cal

Hey Everyone! WOW...1 more day left of birthday fun this weekend and then I can get back on track...I was convinced I was going to get on the scale this morning and see a weight gain but I'm down to 176.2 Today is my daughter's actual birthday party so we will be having more cake... (b/c her uncle bought her an ice cream cake on her actual birthday!), and grilled food this evening! I can do this..Yesterday was pretty rough we had a BBQ at my friends and I felt like I overdid myself. However I got in pushing mowing yesterday, cleaning out the pool, and peeling of wallpaper for about an hour so that had to count as some type of exercise right? So 6.4 lbs left until I see the 160s! Diana: I hope you had a great birthday Friday!

I'll get to personals after this day is over hopefully!

Hello all!

Back from one day music fest, TTOM came with a vengeance, crazy hormonal behavior a day or two before, little painful today, hoping to get some exercise in in a bit.

Diana I can just see you looking gorgeous in your new outfit! Glad you had a good one.

Magistra such a good feeling to get rid of stuff that is weighing you down emotionally. I have to keep working on that.

Whew, feeling kind of worn out, be back later or tomorrow, wishing you all the best

Stuck here in hot, humid Philadelphia. Temp's been in the high 90's all day. I didn't do so well on exercise. Hoping to get to at least 7000 steps before bed.

Food: about 1600 calories

B: Bacon egg and cheese bagel 600 cal
L: Chicken guac wrap w/chips 400 cal
D: Cheeseburger glass of milk 600 cal

I know - there are no veggies to be found in the entire day! Tomorrow I'll eat something green that isn't an avocado/guacamole.

Hi Everyone!

MsTibbles Good job on your day!

Treasa Good luck getting the extra steps in.

Kelijpa Thank you for the b-day wishes. Have you noticed that the whole TTOM/PMS thing has gotten more intense, since you are at this stage of your life? The whole thing feels more intense to me. I have always had terrible TTOM's. It's not necessarily any worse, it's the same stuff, but just feels more intense/dramatic, or something. Psychotic? I don't really know how to describe it except to say it's more intense.

Total Approx 1140 calories +

Breakfast (190 calories) +
Organic Valley Vanilla shake 190 calories
Coffee w/cream & sugar

Lunch (400 calories)

salad w/grilled tuna, romaine, cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms roasted red peppers & BHF's ranch 350 calories
Iced coffee w/ sweet 'n low & half & half 50 calories

Dinner (550 calories)
Chicken zoodle soup w/chicken, bone broth, zucchini noodles, mushrooms, carrots, onions, and celery 350 calories
apple 100 calories
vanilla yogurt 100 calories

Exercise:
LM Body Combat 38 w/weighted gloves

Ugh, so yesterday soured, too. Today was much better though. Binge cravings always come in droves like this, I just have to get through them, and within a few days, I'm back on track. I probably ate more than I should have considering the past few days were over 3000 calories each, but it was a improvement, so I'm not worried. I also got in a 30 minute jog this morning and an hour and a half hike.

B: banana, grapes, and stawberries with some unsweetened coconut yogurt (400)
L: rice, beans, veggies, and guac (1000)
s: fruit leather (1200)
D: tofu, quinoa, veggies (1800)
s: chocolate

Going to work tomorrow should help me keep my mind of food, so hopefully there won't be any issues.

Diana definitely more intense, at least this time the crazy mood swings for PMS, which I really haven't struggled with for a long time, vitamins kind of evened that out, but lately it seems they don't help, have you seen that comic with the seven dwarfs of menopause Itchy, B!tchy, Sweaty, Sleepy, Bloated, Forgetful and Psycho

well, time for bed, hope everyone had a good weekend!

welcome Treasa!
