I don't think it affects my weight loss but definitely affects my weigh ins. Last night I had a big dinner then went straight to bed around 11pm so this morning ( I weigh in first thing in the morning) I woke up still feeling a little bloated. I know I didn't actually gain weight and I'll probably (hopefully!) be down tomorrow.
Do you weigh daily? This has helped me become familiar with my weight fluctuations so when I see a gain I can usually figure out why and not freak out too much
Congrats on your loss so far! I know the scale can be very frustrating. Tracking your measurements is a great way to keep track of your progress too
