Had a buffet salad at a work lunch yesterday. Didn't know what was in it so went small and it seems to have done the trick. Down 1.2lbs today!
So nicely into the 220s and 10lbs down from my challenge start weight! Just another 10 to go by the end of the month to meet my challenge goal. It's gonna be a tight one! Can I beat the 220s in just two short weeks?

Okay IAN you are a tough act to follow!! But funny we stalled on the same days and both lost LB for today LOL I do think with your fortitude.... you will get to 220 by the end of the month...(and those magic beers!) I am sure!!

Curvycurly I'm a WWer too and I eat all my weeklies and APs and lost 60 lbs in 2009 doing that (I know every body is different though). Now I'm trying to lose the 20 I let myself regain last year.

I'm so sick of seeing 19# on the scale haha. Hopefully I'll be out of them for good by next week. My WW daily points just went down today (weigh in day) to 28pp. I first started at 30.

And ghostly, I am *good* because it's a bit easier when you are heavier and when you are a guy too. I have a weekly cycle where my weight goes up a little but not all this other weird stuff you gals have to deal with where it goes up and down and round and round.
Ian, I was wondering if it had something to do with sex! Poutttts for being a girl, but I dont get my TOM (tmi? sorry!) bcuz of my birth control, so it's hard to me to monitor what may be hormonal weight fluctuations cuz I'm not tracking my cycle, I really should, it will help I think! Congrats everyone on the losses! We're doing great! I started Turbo Fire today!
