Not dong so good so far, but it's not for lack of trying? I've been following my diet for the first few days here to a T (except day 1, I was about 400 cals over, so theres my setback, sigh)
Gotta be careful and be prepared! Hoping more weightloss by Saturday will be a motivator for me because I am going to a bridal get-together for brunch & to look for bridesmaid dresses, and I have to battle IHOP of all places... I looked under their healthy menu though and I've already chosen two things that fit my diet and my calorie level, so god, give me strength!
I hate seeing how that extra 400 calories put me up in weight the next day.
