  • Well, this is already going well. Not. I had a terrible week and I've put on 2 lbs with binge eating. I'm determined to at least lose something by May 1st, though! Hopefully this will be a better week.

    SW - 180 lbs.
    Week 1 - 182 lbs.
    GW - 175 lbs.
  • Well I've been going to way too many parties and eating way to much good food haha. I got all the way back up to 196 (AGAIN) but I'm happy to report I'm down to 192.2 this morning. WOO~! Gonna really stick with it this week. I don't think I have any more parties going on the rest of the week. Im so close to the 180s!

    My day so far is going great! Did some raking in the garden. And I got on my bike and rode for about 20 minutes. We have a lot of hills here so that was good for me. And the fun part was on the way back it was all downhill.

    Snowtopper.... Ah it is nice to be outside. Bike riding up and down hills - good for the heart and legs and tukas LOL Nice that its downhill on the way home as you can cool down and think about how great you feel and how wonderful a day it is (its FLAT here in my part of Florida)

    Thanks wannaskipandlaugh. I am physically floating right now. The wind could blow me away at any moment.

    But I feel this will be brief. It seems like an overshoot (water?). I'll probably gain by tomorrow but hopefully still be down on Saturday. Let's see.
