At 180, I used probably 2/3 or less, very rarely will I eat all of the WP (unless I happened to have fun-filled weekend with all the beer and food, lol.) Now at 166, I try not to touch more than half unless I feel really hungry or have some cravings. I have noticed that most of my WP-diving tends to happen before/during TOM, haha. I don't eat my AP since I am pretty much sedentary most of the time aside from the exercise.
I'm not sure what finally clicked to keep going with the workouts but I'm glad for it. I hung up a pair of goal pants by my bedroom door to try to motivate me to keep going.
