  • Oh I lost the extra 1 1/2 I gained eating out 2 nights ago. yeah... NOW just 1 more 1/2lb and you will hear a big YAHOOOOOOO when I get to that elusive 10% off.,.. OOOHHH I really cannot wait.

  • Wahey! I really watched my portions yesterday and was super-active (hosted my kids' birthday party and mowed the lawn).

    So it's down 2.2lbs today! I love the weekend.

    Normally I get a small bump in weight once a week. So I am expecting a small gain tomorrow or the day after. Stay tuned.

    Other victories: I am nearly in the 220s! And I am in a whisker of having lost 50lbs since my SW! I also bought some 36 inch waist slim fit pants yesterday! And a fitted shirt! And a smaller belt! And they all look good!
